Description
Claims (16)
- 表面と、前記表面をカバーする摺動層(3)とを有するアルミニウム合金からなる金属基材材料(1)を含み、
前記摺動層(3)の厚さが100μm〜320μmであり、
前記金属基材材料(1)が、全表面積を覆って形成され、かつ<100N/mm2の降伏点を有し、
前記基材材料(1)の前記表面が、構造化され、壁状凸部(1a)および凹部(1b)を備え、
前記基材材料(1)の表面が、壁状凹凸を備えたハニカム構造であり、
前記基材材料(1)の前記表面に垂直な前記壁状凸部(1a)の深さが、30μm〜70μmであり、
セルの平行に延びる壁(1b)間の距離として測定されるセルの幅が、100μm〜1000μmであり、
前記摺動層(3)が、接着層(2)により、前記基材材料(1)にボンドされており、
前記接着層(2)が、前記基材材料(1)の前記表面構造化の凹部(1b)を完全に充填し、前記表面構造化の前記壁状凸部(1a)を5μm〜20μmの層厚さで完全にカバーしていることを特徴とする、滑り軸受け材料。 - 前記基材材料(1)の厚さが、0.5mm〜2.5mmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の滑り軸受け材料。
- 前記構造化が、カレンダ加工により、前記基材材料(1)に導入されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の滑り軸受け材料。
- 前記摺動層(3)が、ポリマー化合物からなることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の滑り軸受け材料。
- 前記ポリマー化合物が、フルオロポリマー、特に、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)を含有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の滑り軸受け材料。
- 前記摺動層(3)が、耐摩耗性を増大させるフィラーを含有していることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の滑り軸受け材料。
- 前記合計フィラー含量が、10〜30パーセント、好ましくは約20%であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の滑り軸受け材料。
- グラファイトおよび/または芳香族ポリエステルが、フィラーとして用いられることを特徴とする請求項6または7に記載の滑り軸受け材料。
- 前記ポリマー化合物中の前記芳香族ポリエステルの前記フィラー含量が、0〜30%、好ましくは10〜25%、特に約15%であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の滑り軸受け材料。
- 前記接着層(2)が、フルオロポリマー、特に、エチレン−テトラフルオロエチレンコポリマー(ETFE)を含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の滑り軸受け材料。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の滑り軸受け材料を備えた滑り軸受けブッシュ。
- 前記滑り軸受けブッシュが、長手方向スリットであり、前記長手方向スリットの幅が、前記滑り軸受けブッシュの前記滑り軸受け材料の厚さより小さいことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の滑り軸受けブッシュ。
- 滑り軸受けにおける請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の滑り軸受け材料の使用。
- 食品を保存および/または用意するための容器をライニングするための請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の滑り軸受け材料の使用。
- 焼き型の内側をコーティングするための請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の滑り軸受け材料の使用。
- ベーキングオーブンの内側をコーティングするための請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の滑り軸受け材料の使用。
