Description
本願は、米国仮特許出願第61/078,838号(2008年7月8日出願)の優先権を主張し、この出願の開示は、本明細書に参考として援用される。
本発明は、概して、負圧を創傷に適用することによって創傷を治療することに関し、より具体的には、創傷を治療するための携帯型負圧創傷治療デバイスに関する。
例えば、本願発明は以下の項目を提供する。
(項目1)
携帯型負圧創傷治療システムであって、
負圧を創傷に印加するように該創傷の上に設置するためのドレッシングアセンブリと、
ユーザによって着用されるように寸法設定されたキャニスタアセンブリであって、
負圧源およびコントローラを有する制御ユニットと、
収集キャニスタであって、該収集キャニスタは、該ドレッシングアセンブリと連通し、該創傷から流体を受容するように動作可能であるチャンバを有し、該収集キャニスタは、
該負圧源と流体連通する吸引ポートと、
ボールフロートを有するボールフロート配設であって、該ボールフロートは、該収集キャニスタの中の所定容量の浸出液の収集、所定の配向角度を超えた該収集キャニスタの傾転、または該収集キャニスタの反転のうちの1つに応答して、該吸引ポートを実質的に閉鎖するように動作可能である、ボールフロート配設と
を含む、収集キャニスタと
を含む、キャニスタアセンブリと
を備える、携帯型負圧創傷治療システム。
(項目2)
前記制御ユニットは、前記収集キャニスタの中の圧力レベルを測定するように動作可能である圧力変換器をさらに備える、項目1に記載の携帯型負圧創傷治療システム。
(項目3)
前記圧力変換器は、前記測定圧力レベルに基づいて信号を前記コントローラに提供し、該コントローラは、該信号に基づいて前記負圧源を制御する、項目2に記載の携帯型負圧創傷治療システム。
(項目4)
前記制御ユニットは、前記圧力変換器に連結される第1の変換器ポートをさらに備え、該第1の変換器ポートは、それに連結される突出部を有し、
前記収集キャニスタは第2の変換器ポートを有し、該第2の変換器ポートは、浸出液が該収集キャニスタから出ることを防止する弁を有し、
該突出部は、該圧力変換器が該収集キャニスタの中の前記圧力レベルを測定することができるように、該制御ユニットが該収集キャニスタに取り付けられると、該弁を開く、項目2に記載の携帯型負圧創傷治療システム。
(項目5)
前記負圧源の入口における圧力レベルを測定するように動作可能である圧力変換器をさらに備え、
該圧力変換器は、前記ボールフロートが前記吸引ポートを閉鎖すると、該圧力レベルの増大を測定し、前記コントローラは、該圧力レベルの該測定した増大に基づいて、該負圧源の出力をオフにするか、または低減する、項目1に記載の携帯型負圧創傷治療システム。
(項目6)
前記圧力変換器は、圧力スイッチである、項目5に記載の携帯型負圧創傷治療システム。
(項目7)
前記ボールフロートを有する前記ボールフロートアセンブリは、前記吸引ポートに連結されるボールシート筐体を含み、該ボールシート筐体は、該吸引ポートと流体連通するボールシートを有し、該ボールフロートは、前記収集キャニスタの中の前記所定容量の浸出液が収集されると、該ボールシートの中に静置する、項目1に記載の携帯型負圧創傷治療システム。
(項目8)
前記ボールシート筐体に連結されるボールケージをさらに備え、前記ボールフロートは、該ボールケージの中に収納される、項目6に記載の携帯型負圧創傷治療システム。
(項目9)
前記ボールフロートは、被覆を有し、該被覆は、疎水性材料、ラテックス、またはTeflonを含む、項目1に記載の携帯型負圧創傷治療システム。
(項目10)
前記ボールフロートは、少なくとも1つの溝を有する、項目1に記載の携帯型負圧創傷治療システム。
(項目11)
前記制御ユニットは、再使用可能である、項目1に記載の携帯型負圧創傷治療システム。
(項目12)
前記収集キャニスタは、使い捨てである、項目1に記載の携帯型負圧創傷治療システム。
(項目13)
携帯型負圧創傷治療システムであって、
負圧を創傷に印加するように該創傷の上に設置するためのドレッシングアセンブリと、
キャニスタアセンブリであって、
負圧源およびコントローラを有する制御ユニットと、
該ドレッシングアセンブリと連通し、該創傷から流体を受容するように動作可能であるチャンバを有する収集キャニスタであって、
該負圧源と流体連通する吸引ポートと、
該吸引ポートに隣接して載置される閉鎖弁であって、該負圧源が該吸引ポートを通して該収集キャニスタの中を真空に引くことが可能である開放位置と、該収集キャニスタの中の所定容量の浸出液の収集、所定の配向角度を超えた該収集キャニスタの傾転、または該収集キャニスタの反転のうちの1つに応答して、該吸引ポートが実質的に閉鎖される、閉鎖位置とから移動するように適合される、閉鎖弁と
を含む、収集キャニスタと
を含む、キャニスタアセンブリと
を備える、携帯型負圧創傷治療システム。
(項目14)
前記閉鎖弁は、旋回運動のために載置され、それにより、その前記開放位置と閉鎖位置との間で旋回する、項目13に記載の携帯型システム。
(項目15)
前記閉鎖弁を前記開放位置に向かって付勢するための手段を含む、項目14に記載の携帯型システム。
(項目16)
前記真空ポートに隣接して配置されるフィルタを含み、前記閉鎖弁は、該閉鎖弁の前記閉鎖位置にあるときに、該フィルタを少なくとも部分的に覆うように適合される、項目14に記載の携帯型システム。

Claims (16)
- 携帯型負圧創傷治療システムであって、
負圧を創傷に印加するように該創傷の上に設置するためのドレッシングアセンブリと、
ユーザによって着用されるように寸法設定されたキャニスタアセンブリと
を備え、
該キャニスタアセンブリは、
負圧源とコントローラと第1の変換器ポートとを有する制御ユニットと、
該ドレッシングアセンブリと連通する収集キャニスタであって、該創傷から流体を受容するように動作可能であるチャンバを有する収集キャニスタと
を含み、
該収集キャニスタは、
該負圧源と流体連通する吸引ポートと、
ボールフロートを有するボールフロート配設であって、該ボールフロートは、該収集キャニスタの中の所定容量の浸出液の収集、所定の配向角度を超えた該収集キャニスタの傾転、または該収集キャニスタの反転のうちの1つに応答して、該吸引ポートを実質的に閉鎖するように動作可能である、ボールフロート配設と
を含み、
該制御ユニットは、該第1の変換器ポートが該収集キャニスタによって少なくとも部分的に閉じられたとき、該収集キャニスタ内の圧力レベルを測定するように動作可能である圧力変換器をさらに備え、該圧力変換器は、疎水性フィルタと該第1の変換器ポートとに接続されている、携帯型負圧創傷治療システム。 - 前記圧力変換器は、前記測定圧力レベルに基づいて信号を前記コントローラに提供し、該コントローラは、該信号に基づいて前記負圧源を制御する、請求項1に記載の携帯型負圧創傷治療システム。
- 前記第1の変換器ポートは、それに連結される突出部を有し、
前記収集キャニスタは第2の変換器ポートを有し、該第2の変換器ポートは、浸出液が該収集キャニスタから出ることを防止する弁を有し、
該突出部は、該圧力変換器が該収集キャニスタの中の前記圧力レベルを測定することができるように、該制御ユニットが該収集キャニスタに取り付けられると、該弁を開く、請求項1に記載の携帯型負圧創傷治療システム。 - 前記負圧源の入口における圧力レベルを測定するように動作可能である圧力変換器をさらに備え、

- 前記ボールシート筐体に連結されるボールケージをさらに備え、前記ボールフロートは、該ボールケージの中に収納される、請求項5に記載の携帯型負圧創傷治療システム。
- 前記ボールフロートは、被覆を有し、該被覆は、疎水性材料、ラテックス、またはTeflonを含む、請求項1に記載の携帯型負圧創傷治療システム。
