Description
Claims (14)
- 内部に薬剤を収容し、入口に栓部が備えられている薬剤容器;
圧縮気体を供給する気体供給部;
前記圧縮気体と前記薬剤を混合噴射するノズル部;
前記気体供給部が供給する圧縮気体を前記ノズル部に案内する第1通路と前記薬剤容器の薬剤を前記ノズル部に案内する第2通路を含み、前記薬剤容器と前記ノズル部を連結する連結管;及び
前記ノズル部を開閉するカバー部を含み、
前記栓部は、前記薬剤の特性に応じて高さを調節できる突出片を含み、
前記第2通路は、前記第2通路の出口に形成された液管噴出孔の断面積を調節する噴射量調整棒を含み、
前記噴射量調整棒は、一端が前記突出片に連結されており、
前記薬剤の特性に応じて調節された前記突出片の高さに相応して、前記噴射量調整棒が前記第2通路の出口の開度を調節し、
前記カバー部が前記ノズル部を密閉する場合、前記カバー部と前記第1通路の出口の間に空間が設けられ、前記第1通路の出口で噴射された圧縮気体が前記空間を通って前記第2通路の内部に流入することができることを特徴とする超微量散布装置。 - 前記栓部は、前記薬剤容器に収容された薬剤の特性情報を格納するデータ保存部を含み、
前記栓部に装着される連結部は、前記データ保存部に格納された薬剤の特性情報を読み出すデータリーダを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1項に記載の超微量散布装置。 - 前記データ保存部は、前記薬剤の特性情報をコード化したバーコード形式で、前記データリーダはバーコードリーダであることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の超微量散布装置。
- 前記データ保存部はRFID(radio frequency identity)チップ形式で、前記データリーダはRFIDリーダであることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の超微量散布装置。
- 前記データリーダから提供された前記薬剤の特性情報と前記薬剤の実際の散布と関連した散布条件に応じて散布した散布情報をメモリーに格納するマイクロコンピュータと、前記メモリーに格納された情報を有線または無線で転送する通信部をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の超微量散布装置。
- 前記メモリーに格納される情報は、特定のプログラムによりデコーディングされるようにコード化されて農産物の生産履歴制または営農日誌の基礎資料として用いられることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の超微量散布装置。
- 前記気体供給部は、熱を加えるヒーターと前記圧縮気体の供給を調節する圧縮気体バルブを含むものの、
前記圧縮気体は炭酸ガスまたは空気のうち少なくともいずれか一つであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の超微量散布装置。 - 前記データリーダから提供された読出情報に基づき、前記装置を制御するマイクロコンピュータをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の超微量散布装置。
- 前記通信部は、前記マイクロコンピュータに電気的に接続されるUSBメモリーに、前記メモリーに格納された情報を有線で転送するUSBインタフェースを含むことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の超微量散布装置。
- 前記連結管は、前記噴射量調整棒の移動を制限する弾性部材を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1項に記載の超微量散布装置。
- 前記ノズル部には前記第1通路の出口と前記第2通路の出口との間に形成された圧縮気体噴出孔が形成され、
前記ノズル部の一端には前記圧縮気体噴出孔及び前記液管噴出孔の出口側に装着されるノズル突起が備えられ、
前記カバー部は、回動により前記ノズル部を開放または密閉できるカバーと、前記カバーを回動させるカバー駆動器とを含み、
前記カバーが前記ノズル部を密閉する場合、前記カバーは前記ノズル突起と接触し、前記圧縮気体噴出孔に噴射された圧縮気体が前記液管噴出孔に流入されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の超微量散布装置。 - 前記栓部には、前記薬剤容器に収容された薬剤の特性に応じて、磁性を帯びるかどうかが決定された磁性体が設けられた上面が備えられ、
前記栓部に装着される連結部には前記上面に当接する接触面が備えられ、前記磁性体が設けられたかどうかを感知する磁性スイッチを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の超微量散布装置。 - 前記ノズル部が収容された空気移送管と、前記空気移送管に装着されて前記ノズル部から噴射された薬剤を移動させる送風器をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の超微量散布装置。
- 前記空気移送管には一定間隔で形成された空気出口が形成され、
前記空気出口には静電気発生電極が装着されることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の超微量散布装置。
