Claims (10)
- 膜ハウジング;
前記膜ハウジングの内部空間を多数の単位空間に分割する分割板;
前記単位空間内の複数の中空糸膜;及び
前記膜ハウジングの一端に装着されて、スタックから排出された高湿の未反応ガスが前記膜ハウジングに流入されるための流入口を有するカバー部を備えて、
前記膜ハウジングには前記単位空間のそれぞれに対応する多数の分配孔が形成されており、
前記カバー部の流入口を通して流入された未反応ガスが前記単位空間に均等に分配されるように、前記カバー部の内部壁面に複数の突出部が形成されたことを特徴とする燃料電池用加湿器。 - 前記分割板は第1または第2サブプレートを備え、前記第1及び第2サブプレートが相互交差することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の燃料電池用加湿器。
- 前記単位空間が相互連通するように、前記分割板には貫通孔が形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の燃料電池用加湿器。
- 前記膜ハウジングの前記分割板と接触する部分のそれぞれに前記分割板を挟んで相互対向するように第1及び第2ホールが形成されて、
前記第1及び第2ホールが連通するように前記分割板の内部に貫通路が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし3のうちいずれかに記載の燃料電池用加湿器。 - 前記分割板には前記貫通路と前記単位空間を連通させるためのウインドが形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の燃料電池用加湿器。
- 前記分割板は二重隔壁構造を有することを特徴とする、請求項1ないし3のうちいずれかに記載の燃料電池用加湿器。
- 前記二重隔壁構造のうち少なくとも片方の隔壁にウインドが形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の燃料電池用加湿器。
- 前記分割板は、中空糸膜の平均直径の1ないし10倍の厚さを有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の燃料電池用加湿器。
- 膜ハウジング;
