次に、図5を参照して、本発明の第二の実施形態に係るリチウムイオン電池について説明する。図5は、本発明の第二の実施形態に係るリチウムイオン電池を示した底面図である。
次に、図6a及び図6bを参照して、本発明の第三の実施形態に係るリチウムイオン電池について説明する。図6a及び図6bは、本発明の第三の実施形態に係るリチウムイオン電池を示す下部斜視図及び缶の一部断面図である。
次に、図7を参照して、本発明の第四の実施形態に係るリチウムイオン電池について説明する。図7は、本発明の第四の実施形態に係るリチウムイオン電池を示す底面図である。
次に、図8a、図8b、図9a及び図9bを参照して、リチウムイオン電池の縦圧縮試験方法及び結果について説明する。

Claims (9)
- 缶と、
前記缶に収容された電極組立体と、
前記缶を密封するキャップ組立体と、
を備え、
前記缶は、一対の長辺および前記長辺の両端部と連結する一対の短辺を有する底面と、前記底面の短辺から垂直方向に延長された一対の短側面を備え、
前記底面に相対的に厚さが薄い予備分離部が形成され、
前記予備分離部は、前記底面の長辺に沿って、不連続的で断続した点線又は破線形態で形成され、前記一対の短側面を圧縮するときに分離されることを特徴とする、リチウムイオン電池。 - 前記予備分離部は、前記底面の長辺と離隔されて、前記長辺に平行に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリチウムイオン電池。
- 前記予備分離部は、前記底面の長辺自体に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリチウムイオン電池。
- 前記予備分離部は、相互間離隔されつつ、相互間平行な一対であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリチウムイオン電池。
- 前記予備分離部は、前記底面の長辺自体に形成された段差であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリチウムイオン電池。
- 前記予備分離部は、前記底面の厚さに対して20〜90%の深さで形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のリチウムイオン電池。
- 前記予備分離部は、前記底面の厚さが5mmであるとき、0.1〜0.45mmの深さで形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のリチウムイオン電池。
- 前記予備分離部は、前記底面の外部表面に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のリチウムイオン電池。
- 前記缶は、前記底面の長辺から垂直方向に延長された一対の長側面を有し、
前記予備分離部は、前記底面及び前記長側面の境界領域に共通で形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリチウムイオン電池。
