工程(C):図8Cは、そのミクロ構造4を形成する第2の成形仕上げプロセス後の金属箔1を示している。波の山9上又は波の谷10内に配置したスリット2は、ミクロ構造4の境界を定めるべく形成され、かつ金属箔1の素材中で折り返されている。この折返しにより、開口45を有する案内面13が生じ、波の谷10を始点とする案内面13は上方へと延び、また波の山9を始点とする案内面13は下方に突出している。
工程(D):この最終段階で、波長11の波高12に対する特に低い比率が形成される。その際例えば、表面構造5が明らかに比較的小さい波長11を持つよう、金属箔1を圧縮してもよい。この金属箔の製造に関しては、独国特許第10304814号明細書を参照されたい。
