前記照明システムは更に、前記弾性層と前記更なる層との間に圧力を加えることによって前記起伏を小さくするため、前記弾性層と前記更なる層とを互いに対して移動させるための移動手段を有する。
前記ビーム制御素子は更に、前記弾性層と前記更なる層との間に圧力を加えることによって前記起伏を小さくするため、前記弾性層と前記更なる層とを前記光ビームの方向に互いに対して移動させるための移動手段を有する。
Claims (15)
- 光ビームを発するための光源と、及び前記光ビームの形状及び方向のうち少なくとも一方を制御するためのビーム制御素子と、を有する照明システムであって、
前記光源は、前記ビーム制御素子を介して前記光ビームの少なくとも一部を発するように構成され、
前記ビーム制御素子は、弾性層と前記弾性層に対して略平行に配置された更なる層とを有し、前記弾性層が、前記更なる層に対して略平行に配置された前記弾性層の表面に起伏を有するか、又は、前記更なる層が、前記弾性層に面する前記更なる層の表面に起伏を有し、前記起伏は、前記光ビームの形状及び方向のうち少なくとも一方を変化させるように構成され、
前記照明システムは更に、前記弾性層と前記更なる層との間に圧力を加えることによって前記起伏を小さくするため、前記弾性層と前記更なる層とを互いに対して移動させるための移動手段を有する、照明システム。 - 前記移動手段は、前記圧力を加えるため、前記光ビームに対して略平行な方向である軸方向に、前記弾性層と前記更なる層とを互いに対して移動させるように構成された、請求項1に記載の照明システム。
- 前記移動手段は、前記起伏を変形させるために、横方向及び回転方向のうち少なくとも一方に、前記弾性層と前記更なる層とを互いに対して移動させるように構成され、前記横方向及び前記回転方向は、前記光ビームに対して略垂直な方向である、請求項1又は2に記載の照明システム。
- 前記起伏を有する前記弾性層の面は、前記更なる面に向いた面である、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の照明システム。
- 半透明層である前記弾性層が前記弾性層の中に埋め込まれた空間を有する、請求項4に記載の照明システム。
- 前記空間は、前記起伏を小さくするため、前記弾性層を加圧することにより、前記空間から排出される流体を有する、請求項5に記載の照明システム。
- 前記更なる層は前記弾性層に比べて比較的剛性である、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の照明システム。
- 前記弾性層の屈折率は前記更なる層の屈折率と略等しい、請求項7に記載の照明システム。
- 前記起伏は、円形のレンズ型、円筒形のレンズ型、プリズム型、又は略ランダムな形状の隆起部、没入部又は区画から構成される、請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の照明システム。
- 前記移動手段は、
スレッドに沿った平行移動を引き起こす回転運動、
圧電素子、
電磁気力、又は
モータ
を介して、前記更なる層に対して前記弾性層を移動させる、請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の照明システム。 - 前記更なる層に略平行に配置された前記弾性層の表面と、前記弾性層に面する前記更なる層の表面と、の両方が起伏を有する、請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の照明システム。
- ビームの形状及び方向のうち少なくとも一方を制御するためのビーム制御素子であって、
前記ビーム制御素子は、弾性層と前記弾性層に対して略平行に配置された更なる層とを有し、前記弾性層が、前記更なる層に対して略平行に配置された前記弾性層の表面に起伏を有するか、又は、前記更なる層が、前記弾性層に面する前記更なる層の表面に起伏を有し、前記起伏は、前記光ビームの形状及び方向のうち少なくとも一方を変化させるように構成され、
前記ビーム制御素子は更に、前記弾性層と前記更なる層との間に圧力を加えることによって前記起伏を小さくするため、前記弾性層と前記更なる層とを前記光ビームの方向に互いに対して移動させるための移動手段を有する、ビーム制御素子。 - 請求項12に記載のビーム制御素子を有するフラッシュライト。
- 請求項1乃至11のいずれか一項に記載の照明システムにおける使用のための光源であって、前記光源は、光ビームを生成するための発光素子及びコリメータを有し、前記光源の光出口窓は、前記起伏を有する前記弾性層を有する光源。
- 請求項14に記載の光源を有するフラッシュライト。
