Description
(1) 土に、CaOとAl 2 O 3 の含有量の合計で70質量%以上、かつCaO/Al 2 O 3 が1.5〜2.0であるカルシウムアルミネート系スラグと石膏と硫化カルシウムを配合してなり、カルシウムアルミネート系スラグ100質量部に対し、石膏が50〜150質量部、硫化カルシウムが2.5〜10質量部の範囲であり、土が100質量部に対して、カルシウムアルミネート系スラグ、石膏及び硫化カルシウムの合計を5〜20質量部配合したことを特徴とする土系固化材。
実施例で用いたスラグの成分組成を表1に示す。
表3に示すように、カルシウムアルミネート系スラグの成分について表1の本発明例1〜比較例2(A〜G)のものを用い、カルシウムアルミネート系スラグのCaOとAl2O3の成分を変動させ、土系固化材の圧縮強度と溶出試験を行った。
表4に土系固化材における固化材の配合を変動させた本発明例及び比較例を示す。
Claims (1)
- 土に、CaOとAl 2 O 3 の含有量の合計で70質量%以上、かつCaO/Al 2 O 3 が1.5〜2.0であるカルシウムアルミネート系スラグと石膏と硫化カルシウムを配合してなり、カルシウムアルミネート系スラグ100質量部に対し、石膏が50〜150質量部、硫化カルシウムが2.5〜10質量部の範囲であり、土が100質量部に対して、カルシウムアルミネート系スラグ、石膏及び硫化カルシウムの合計を5〜20質量部配合したことを特徴とする土系固化材。
