Claims (5)
- 前部に設けられた被試験物が収容される試験槽と、前記試験槽を形成する断熱壁の一部を構成する奥の隔壁によって隔てられた背部に設けられた充放電電源と、前記試験槽に収容される前記被試験物と前記充放電電源とを電気的に接続するための接続具とを備え、
前記奥の隔壁に形成された開口を、前記奥の隔壁の厚み方向の両側から対向する内外の壁板によって塞ぐと共に、前記内外の両壁板間に断熱材を介在させ、前記内外の各壁板にそれぞれ形成された各装着孔に、前記接続具を、前記内外の両壁板を貫通するように装着する、
ことを特徴とする充放電試験装置。 - 前記試験槽には、被試験物が載置される試料トレイが収容され、
前記試料トレイは、載置される被試験物と前記接続具とを電気的に接続するための接続部を有し、
前記接続具は、前記試料トレイを介して該試料トレイに載置された被試験物と前記充放電電源とを電気的に接続する、

前記内外の各壁板には、各接続具が装着される複数の装着孔が、上下方向にそれぞれ形成され、

前記奥の隔壁に形成された開口を、前記接続具が装着される装着孔をそれぞれ有する内外の壁板によって、前記奥の隔壁の厚み方向の両側から塞ぐものであって、前記内外の壁板の間に、断熱材を介在させると共に、前記内外の両壁板を貫通するように前記接続具を、前記装着孔に装着する、
ことを特徴とする充放電試験装置の製造方法。
