Description

本発明は、ペットボトルの口部に装着して、飲料水等を注ぐ時に発生する脈動を防止するペットボトル用注ぎ水の脈動防止具に関するものである。
従来、ペットボトルのキャップや脈動防止具にあっては、数多くのものが提案されており、例えば特開２００２−３０２１２２のペットボトル用注ぎ水の脈動防止具や、実登第３０２５２２５号のペットボトル用シャワーヘッドや、特開平９−２４３６５のペットボトル用浄水フィルター付きノズルや、実用新案登録第３１６５４８２号のペットボトル用ジャグチがある。

一般的に流通する２リットル等のペットボトルから、コップやケトル等の容器に飲料水等を注ぐ時、注ぎ口で飲料水等と空気の入れ替えが安定せずに、脈動が発生しやすく、結果として飲料水等が跳ね飛び、飲料水等を周囲に飛散させる欠点があった。
又、最初に注ぐ時も一挙に流出して、飲料水等を周囲に飛散させる欠点もあった。
上記の飛散を防止するには、注意してゆっくりと注ぐ事や、ボトルの口をコップ等の容器まで近づけなければならない作業の欠点があった。
上記の欠点を解決する為に本発明が提供する脈動防止具は、ペットボトルの注ぎ口の雄ネジに螺合する雌ネジを有する筒体の中に、同軸的に複数本の筒形の直管を内径一杯になるように設けてなる、ペットボトルの注ぎ水の脈動防止具である。
ペットボトルの注ぎ口に脈動防止具を装着して注ぐ時、筒体の中の個々の直管がボトル内容量の変化に合わせて飲料水等を通すか空気を通すかを自動的に選び、流出と流入のバランスをとる事から、脈動を押さえ、飲料水等を周囲に飛散させる欠点を解決するものである。
脈動防止具をペットボトルの注ぎ口に装着してコップ等に飲料水等を注ぐ時、飲料水の流出とペットボトルに流入する空気は、夫々が筒形の直管を通って流出と流入をして脈動の発生を防止するので、ペットボトルの傾斜角度には関係なく、注ぎ始めから一定の流量を保って注ぐ事が出来る。
従って、コップ等から飲料水等が跳ね飛び、飲料水等を周囲に飛散させる欠点が無くなる。
又、注意してゆっくりと注ぐ事や、ペットボトルの口をコップ等の容器まで近づける等の作業の欠点が無くなる。

以下、本発明の実地の形態を図１〜図２に基づいて説明する。
ペットボトル１の雄ネジに螺合する形状の雌ネジ２を有する筒体３の上部に、ペットボトルキャップ６を螺合させる為の雄ネジ４を設け、筒体３の中に、同軸的に内径一杯に複数本の筒形の直管５の束を設けてなる脈動防止具。
以下、本発明の実施例を図１〜図４に基づいて説明する。
ペットボトル１の雄ネジに螺合させる形状の雌ネジ２を有する筒体３の上部に、ペットボトルキャップ６を螺合させる為の雄ネジ４を、夫々を螺合した時に、飲料水等或いは空気が漏れないような構造で成形する。
筒体３の中に、同軸的に、内径一杯に、飲料水等或いは空気を通す為の複数本の筒形の直管５の束を設ける。
筒形の直管５の束は、ペットボトルの口に入れ易いように直管にする。
筒形の直管５の束の上端部は、筒体３の上部からペットボトルキャップ６が螺合出来る分だけ下げて設ける。
筒形の直管５の束の外周と筒体３の内側は、飲料水等或いは空気が漏れないように隙間がないように設ける。
筒形の直管５の束の下端部は、注ぎ口に入れ易いように、外周にそって斜めにカットした形状にする。

Claims (1)

  1. ペットボトルの注ぎ口の雄ネジに螺合する雌ネジを有する筒体のキャップに於いて、筒形の直管を互いに密接させて複数本束ねた束を、ペットボトルの注ぎ口の内径一杯にして差込めるような外径にして、その束の基端をキャップの筒体内に設け、その束の先端を、吐出時に脈動を起こさないように、筒体の下端から突出させ、外周を斜めにカットしてなる、ペットボトルの注ぎ水の脈動防止具。
