Claims (13)
- 同一種類または複数種類の部品から所定の完成品を生産する生産装置と、
前記生産装置による生産に用いる前記同一種類または複数種類の部品のうちの少なくとも1つの部品のロット情報の入力を受け付けるロット情報入力受付部と、
前記部品の異常が検出された場合に、異常が検出された前記部品のロットを特定する異常情報を出力する出力部とを備え、
前記生産装置は、前記部品の異常を検出した際に、前記同一種類または複数種類の部品の組み立てを中止するように制御されるように構成されている、生産システム。 - 前記同一種類または複数種類の部品を各々のロット毎に供給するための複数の部品供給部をさらに備え、
前記出力部は、異常が検出された前記部品のロット情報を、異常が検出された前記部品と同じロットの前記部品供給部に収納されている部品を特定可能な態様で前記異常情報を出力するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の生産システム。 - 前記同一種類または複数種類の部品のうちの異常が検出されなかった前記部品供給部に収納されている残りの部品は、完成品の生産に使用されるように構成されている、請求項2に記載の生産システム。
- 前記同一種類または複数種類の部品は、1ロットに含まれる部品数が互いに異なる少なくとも2種類の部品を含み、
前記ロット情報入力受付部は、前記同一種類または複数種類の部品の各々について、入力されるロットに含まれる部品数と、ロットを特定可能な情報と、部品を特定可能な情報とを前記ロット情報として入力受け付け可能に構成されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の生産システム。 - 前記生産装置は、前記同一種類または複数種類の部品を組み立てるためのロボットを含み、
前記部品の異常は、前記ロボットにより検出されるように構成されている、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の生産システム。 - 前記ロボットは、前記部品の異常を検出した際に、前記同一種類または複数種類の部品の組み立てを中止するとともに、異常を検出した前記部品と同じロット情報の部品を用いた組み立てを行わないように制御されるように構成されている、請求項5に記載の生産システム。
- 前記ロボットは、撮像部を含み、
前記ロボットにより前記同一種類または複数種類の部品を組み立てる前に、前記部品を前記ロボットの前記撮像部により撮像することにより、前記部品の異常を検出するように構成されている、請求項5または6に記載の生産システム。 - 前記同一種類または複数種類の部品を組み立てた後の完成品は、前記部品のロット情報を識別可能な箱部に収納されるように構成されている、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の生産システム。
- 前記部品を供給するための部品供給部をさらに備え、
前記ロット情報入力受付部により受け付けられる前記ロット情報は、入力されるロットに含まれる前記同一種類または複数種類の部品毎の部品数を含み、
前記部品供給部により供給された部品数が、前記ロット情報入力受付部に受け付けられた部品数に達した場合、供給された部品数が、受け付けられた部品数に達したことを報知するように構成されている、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の生産システム。 - 前記部品供給部は、蓋部を含み、
前記部品供給部により供給された前記部品の部品数が、前記ロット情報入力受付部において受け付けられた前記部品数に達した場合に、前記部品供給部の前記蓋部が開いて次のロットの部品が供給可能な状態になるように構成されている、請求項9に記載の生産システム。 - 前記ロット情報入力受付部と前記出力部とを構成するタッチパネル式の表示部をさらに備える、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の生産システム。
- 前記完成品が医療用部品である、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の生産システム。
- 同一種類または複数種類の部品から所定の完成品を生産する生産装置による生産に用いる前記同一種類または複数種類の部品のうちの少なくとも1つの部品のロット情報をロット情報入力受付部において受け付けるステップと、
前記部品の異常が検出された場合に、異常が検出された前記部品のロットを特定する異常情報を出力部に出力するステップと、
前記部品の異常が検出された場合に、前記同一種類または複数種類の部品の組み立てを中止するステップとを備える、物品製造方法。
