Claims (15)
- パックケース内に取り付けられた複数の円筒形の電池セルを有する電池パックで使用されるスペーサであって、
前記スペーサが、前記電池セルの外周方向に沿った縦断面で前記パックケースの内部形状に対応する頂部形状、および前記縦断面で前記電池セルの弧形状に対応する底部形状を有し、前記スペーサを前記電池セルと前記パックケースとの間に画定される空間内に取り付けることができるように構成され、
前記電池セルと保護回路部材との間の電気接続のための電気接続部材が取り付けられる溝が前記スペーサの前記頂部に形成され、
前記スペーサが、前記縦断面で左又は右方向又は両方向に開放された前記縦断面のスペーサの水平開口部および前記水平開口部と連通する前記縦断面のスペーサの垂直開口部を含む少なくとも1つの温度検出部材取付部分を備えて、温度検出部材が前記縦断面で前記スペーサの左又は右側から挿入され、前記縦断面で前記スペーサの左又は右側から前記電池セルの間に画定される空間内に取り付けられ、
押圧リブが温度検出部材取付部分に形成され、前記押圧リブは前記温度検出部材取付部分の垂直開口部に向かって延在するか、または、前記温度検出部材が前記温度検出部材取付部分の前記水平開口部を通して挿入された状態で、接着剤、溶融樹脂、または硬化性樹脂が前記垂直開口部を通して注入されて、前記温度検出部材の一部が前記温度検出部材取付部分に固定されることを特徴とするスペーサ。 - 前記スペーサが各前記電池セルの長さと等しい長さ、またはそれより長い長さを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスペーサ。
- 各前記電池セルが円筒形の電池セルであり、前記スペーサが前記スペーサの両側がそれぞれ2つの隣接する電池セルの中央領域まで延びる幅を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスペーサ。
- 前記スペーサが各前記電池セルの中央領域と外側端部の間の距離に相当する長さおよび各前記電池セルの前記弧形状に対応する形状を有するように構成されたリブをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のスペーサ。
- 各前記電気接続部材がストリップの形状に形成された金属板であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスペーサ。
- 前記スペーサの前記頂部に各前記電気接続部材の幅に対応する溝が設けられ、前記溝が前記電池セルの長手方向に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスペーサ。
- 少なくとも1つの溝(分岐溝)が前記溝から前記電池セルの並列接続方向に分岐することを特徴とする請求項6に記載のスペーサ。
- 前記スペーサの長さが各前記電池セルの長さよりも長い構造で、各前記電気接続部材が挿入される貫通孔が、前記電池セルの長手方向に配置された前記電池セルの間の各電極端子接続領域に対応する位置に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスペーサ。
- 前記水平開口部が前記垂直開口部の両側に形成された水平開口部を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスペーサ。
- 前記温度検出部材がサーミスタであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスペーサ。
- 電池セルとパックケースとの間に取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスペーサを有する電池パック。
- 前記電池セルが前記電池セルの長手方向および前記電池セルの並列接続方向に配置され、保護回路部材が、長手方向に配置された前記電池セルのアセンブリの片側の外側に取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の電池パック。
- 温度検出部材が、前記保護回路部材に接続されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の電池パック。
- 前記パックケースに前記スペーサの垂直開口部と連通する注入ポートが設けられることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の電池パック。
- 電源として請求項11に記載の前記電池パックを備えることを特徴とするラップトップコンピュータ。
