Claims (3)
- 複数の電池セルを直列及び/又は並列に接続した電池パックであって、
複数の円筒型電池セルと、
互いに略平行に離間された第1の壁面と第2の壁面とで挟まれた内部に、前記円筒型電池セルを、前記第1及び第2の壁面に沿って相互に略平行に配置させ、隣接する電池セル同士で円筒側面を当接させた状態で収納するケースと、
を備え、
各電池セルは前記第1の壁面又は第2の壁面のいずれか一方に当接すると共に、他方とは離間されて緩衝層を形成しており、かつ隣接する電池セルは、互いに異なる壁面に当接し、異なる壁面との間で緩衝層を形成するように配置されてなり、
前記第1の壁面又は第2の壁面の、電池セルと当接する位置の少なくとも一部が、切除されてなり、
該切除領域が、外力により変形又は破損可能なシート材で閉塞されてなることを特徴とする電池パック。 - 請求項1に記載の電池パックであって、
前記シート材が、電池パックの外面に貼付されるラベルであることを特徴とする電池パック。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の電池パックであって、さらに、
前記電池セルを前記ケース内で所定の姿勢に保持するためのスペーサを備えてなることを特徴とする電池パック。
