Description
1.制御油は、制御ピストンを介して液圧装置の戻り通路内に導入される。中立位置では、制御ピストンは、遮断ピストンに対して絞られた状態での放圧を形成し、これにより、この遮断ピストンをその所属の弁座に一義的に置くことができ、この場合弁座と制御ピストンとの間に油体積が挟まれることはない。極めて低い負荷時に遮断解除するためには、絞られた状態での放圧をできる限り大きく広げ、これにより負荷圧力が遮断ピストンをも持ち上げ得るようにしなければならない。全ての考えられ得る負荷事例をカバーできるようにするためには、高い負荷での始動時に最小速度が高くなるように、大きな放圧を選択しなればならない。このことは運転時に不確実なものと感じられる。
2.制御油は、制御ピストンの傍らを通って、漏れポートもしくは戻りポートRに直接に接続される。遮断ピストンのための制御ピストンの放圧絞りは、極めて小さく選択することができる。なぜならば、遮断ピストンの背面側の放圧は、制御スライダの精密な制御とは無関係であるからである。しかしながら高負荷時に多量の制御油流がパイロット弁を貫通することは不都合であることが判っている。
Claims (8)
- 弁ハウジング(10)を備えた液圧弁装置であって、作動装置(18)によって作動制御可能な、パイロット弁(20)が設けられており、前記パイロット弁が、第1エネルギー蓄積器(28)によって、前記弁ハウジング(10)の弁座(30)の方向へ移動可能であり、前記パイロット弁によって、前記弁ハウジング(10)内の流体ポート(T)が、遮断弁の遮断ピストン(24)の一つの流体室(22)と接続可能であり、前記遮断ピストン(24)は、前記弁装置の少なくとも一つの流体案内接続導管(1,2)を作動制御し、及び流体案内制御導管(26)を有しており、前記流体案内制御導管(26)は、前記接続導管(1,2)から前記遮断ピストン(24)の流体室(22)内に開口しており、前記遮断ピストンは、第2エネルギー蓄積器(32)によって第2の弁座(34)の方向へ移動可能であり、
前記パイロット弁(20)と、前記遮断弁の遮断ピストン(24)とが、前記弁ハウジング(10)内部で互いに平行に摺動可能に案内されており、及び前記パイロット弁(20)と前記遮断ピストン(24)とが、前記二つのエネルギー蓄積器(28、32)のうちの少なくとも一つの作用によって反対方向に、それぞれ割り当てられた弁座(30;34)に向かって移動可能である液圧弁装置において、
前記第1エネルギー蓄積器(28)及び前記第2エネルギー蓄積器(32)及び前記遮断ピストン(24)が、前記流体室(22)内に配置されるとともに、パイロット弁(20)及び作動装置(18)と共に前記流体室(22)の中心軸線に同軸に配置されること、並びに
着座密にされた前記パイロット弁(20)が前記流体室(22)内に突出するように、前記パイロット弁(20)が前記遮断ピストン(24)の背面側で前記遮断ピストンの中心軸線上に配置されること、並びに
前記作動装置(18)が、作動制御ピストン(16)の運動をそれぞれ生じさせる作動磁石又は流体作動制御導管(Y)を有しており、前記流体作動制御導管(Y)は、前記作動装置の制御ピストン(84)による流体圧力の作用を受けること、を特徴とする液圧弁装置。 - 前記遮断ピストン(24)の流体室(22)内に開口している前記流体案内制御導管(26)の開口個所(40)が、パイロット弁(20)によって閉鎖可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の液圧弁装置。
- 前記流体案内制御導管(26)が、2つの分岐路(96,98)に分割されており、前記分岐路のそれぞれの一方の端部が弁機構(90)の弁室(99)内に開口し、また前記分岐路の他方の端部がそれぞれ、前記接続導管(1,2)の部分(2)内もしくは前記流体室(22)内に開口していることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の液圧弁装置。
- 前記弁機構(90)が、好ましくは弁球体の形の弁部材(92)を有しており、前記弁球体は、前記ピストン(24)の壁部分内で案内されて、前記弁機構(90)の接続個所(94)を流体貫流量に関して作動制御することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の液圧弁装置。
- 前記弁ハウジング(10)内の流体ポート(T)が、低圧ポート、特にタンクポートであることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか一項に記載の液圧弁装置。
- 前記流体作動制御導管(Y)が絞り接続個所(62)を介して、作動制御ピストン(16)のチャンバ空間(64)と永続的に流体案内接続されていること、及び前記チャンバ空間(64)は、パイロット弁(20)が開かれると、前記弁ハウジング(10)内の流体ポート(T)と前記遮断ピストン(24)の前記流体室(22)との間に流体接続を確立することを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか一項に記載の液圧弁装置。
- 前記制御ピストン(84)が、前記弁装置の少なくとも一つの利用ポート(A,B)に接続された作業機器(68)を作動制御するために、前記遮断ピストン(24)によって前記流体案内接続導管(1,2)を遮断又は遮断解除することを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか一項に記載の液圧弁装置。
- 前記制御ピストン(84)によって作動制御可能な各利用ポート(A,B)のために、前記パイロット弁(20)によって作動制御可能な遮断ピストン(24)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の液圧弁装置。
