Description
Claims (10)
- ハイドロリック式の消費器(2)に圧力媒体を供給するための弁装置であって、ハウジング(58)が設けられており、該ハウジング(58)内に、調節可能な流入メータリングオリフィス(10,12)と方向部分(14,16)とを有する方向切換弁(8)および流入メータリングオリフィス(10,12)に対応配置された圧力補償器である個別圧力バランス(18)が配置されており、消費器(2)からの戻し路に降下ブレーキ弁(44,46)が設けられており、該降下ブレーキ弁(44,46)が、開放方向ではパイロット圧によって負荷されており、該降下ブレーキ弁(44,46)に、消費器(2)へ向かう方向に開く逆止弁(48,50)が並列に接続されている形式のものにおいて、パイロット圧が、前記圧力バランス(18)と方向部分(14,16)との間の通路(20)で取り出されていることを特徴とする、ハイドロリック式の消費器に圧力媒体を供給するための弁装置。
- 圧力バランス(18)が、流入メータリングオリフィス(10,12)に後置されていて、開放横断面を減少させる方向では全ての消費器(2)の最大負荷圧により負荷されており、開放方向では流入メータリングオリフィス(10,12)の下流側の圧力により負荷されている、請求項1記載の弁装置。
- 前記通路が、圧力バランス出口(C)と、方向切換弁(8)の供給側もしくは戻し側の方向部分(14,16)の各1つの中間室(84,86)との間の曲り通路(20)である、請求項1記載の弁装置。
- 供給路にも戻し路にも降下ブレーキ弁(44,46)が設けられており、両降下ブレーキ弁(44,46)が、等しいパイロット圧により負荷されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の弁装置。
- パイロット圧が、端面側で降下ブレーキ弁(44,46)のパイロット面(130)に作用しており、該降下ブレーキ弁(44,46)のパイロット面(130)が、前記曲り通路(20)に向くように該降下ブレーキ弁(44,46)が配置されている、請求項4記載の弁装置。
- 両降下ブレーキ弁(44,46)が、互いに対してV字形を成して配置されている、請求項4または5記載の弁装置。
- 圧力バランス(18)が、ほぼ両降下ブレーキ弁(44,46)の間の中心軸線に配置されている、請求項6記載の弁装置。
- 方向切換弁(8)の2つの作業接続部(A,B)が、その基本位置においてタンク(6)に接続されている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の弁装置。
- 前記逆止弁(48,50)と降下ブレーキ弁(44,46)とが、1つの共通の軸線に位置している、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の弁装置。
- 当該弁装置が、モービル制御ブロックの方向切換弁エレメント(1)である、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の弁装置。
