Claims (7)
- タービン動翼であって、当該タービン動翼が、
動翼をタービンロータに固定するための根元部(14)と、
根元部から長手方向に延在する翼形部(12,212,412)と、
翼形部を貫通し、冷却流体の流れを受け入れるための入口を有する1以上の翼形部冷却通路と、
翼形部から外側に張り出して半径方向内面と半径方向外面を有するシュラウド(20,120,220,420)であって、隣接動翼のシュラウドと係合する支承面(22,24)を有するシュラウド(20,120,220,420)と、
翼形部冷却通路から冷却流体を排出するための1以上の出口孔を画成する壁と、
1以上の出口孔と流体連通した1以上のシュラウド冷却室(142,242,342)であって、出口孔が冷却室の標的壁面(134,234,434)に向かって方向付けられていて標的壁面をインピンジメント域としてインピンジメント冷却するためのインピンジメント孔(132,232,432)として機能する、1以上のシュラウド冷却室(142,242,342)と、
使用済みインピンジメント冷却流体を冷却室の外へ流すための1以上の出口開口(140,236,240)と、
翼形部冷却通路と流体連通して該冷却通路から冷却流体を受け入れる1以上のプレナム(130,230,430)と
を備えており、前記1以上の出口孔を画成する壁がプレナムの壁である、タービン動翼。 - 前記標的壁面が、翼形部とシュラウドの間のフィレットの内壁面(134,234)である、請求項1記載のタービン動翼。
- 1以上の出口開口(136,236)が支承面近傍に設けられている、請求項1記載のタービン動翼。
- 前記プレナムが主プレナムと補助プレナムとからなり、補助プレナムが、複数のインピンジメント孔が画成されたインピンジメントプレートを介して冷却室と流体連通している、請求項1記載のタービン動翼。
- タービン動翼列を有するタービンロータであって、タービン動翼の1以上が請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項記載のタービン動翼からなる、タービンロータ。
- ガスタービン翼形部に略垂直な平面に延在する略平面状の付属シュラウドを備えるガスタービン翼形部の冷却方法であって、
a)翼形部内部に1以上の翼形部冷却通路を設け、
b)隣接動翼のシュラウドと係合する支承面(22,24)を有するシュラウド内部に1以上の冷却室(142,242,342)を設け、
c)1以上の翼形部冷却通路からの冷却空気を1以上のインピンジメント孔(132,232,432)を通して1以上の冷却室の壁面に当て、
d)使用済みインピンジメント冷却空気を冷却室の1以上の出口開口(136,138、140,236,240)から流す
ことを含んでおり、1以上のプレナム(130,230,430)がシュラウド内部に設けられ、冷却空気が1以上の翼形部冷却通路から1以上のプレナムに供給され、インピンジメント孔が1以上のプレナムの壁に画成される、冷却方法。 - 段階d)が、シュラウドの外端(136,236)で開口する1以上の冷却空気排出孔をシュラウドに設けることによって実施される、請求項6記載の方法。
