図1は、固体二次電池の一例としての固体リチウム二次電池100の構成を説明するための模式的断面図である。図1を参照して、固体リチウム二次電池100は、正極集電体10上に、正極層20、固体電解質層30、負極層40、および負極集電体50が積層された構造を有する。正極集電体10および正極層20は、正極電極体として機能する。負極層40および負極集電体50は、負極電極体として機能する。

Claims (4)
- ブレードの液だまりにおいて、分散媒と前記分散媒に対して不溶性の固体電解質とを含むスラリーを一時的に貯留することによって、前記固体電解質を前記分散媒に対して沈降させる工程と、
その後、前記スラリーを前記液だまりの底部から基材上に供給しながら、固体電解質含有膜を形成すべき領域の一端から他端にかけて前記固体電解質が塗布されるように前記スラリーを前記ブレードで塗布する塗布工程を含むことを特徴とする固体電解質含有膜の成膜方法。 - 前記塗布工程において、前記ブレードの移動速度に応じた量の前記スラリーを前記基材上に供給することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の固体電解質含有膜の成膜方法。
- 前記固体電解質含有膜は、固体二次電池の正極層、固体電解質層、負極層の少なくともいずれかであることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の固体電解質含有膜の成膜方法。
- 前記固体電解質は、リチウムイオン伝導性固体電解質であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の固体電解質含有膜の成膜方法。
