Claims (5)
- 複数の排気管セグメントを備え、各排気管セグメントが内燃機関のシリンダに各々の排気管セグメントを接続するための接続フランジを有し、各排気管セグメントが、排気ガス流路と、該排気ガス流路を各々取り囲む少なくとも二重の排気ガス長手室と、排気ガス流路並びに排気ガス長手室を取り囲む冷却水流路とを有している多気筒内燃機関用の排気管装置において、
各排気管セグメントの排気ガス流路(14)と該排気ガス流路(14)を直接取り囲む各排気管セグメントの第1排気ガス長手室(16)とが各々直接補完され、かつ各排気管セグメントの第1排気ガス長手室を取り囲む各排気管セグメントの第2排気ガス長手室(17)と、該第2排気ガス長手室を取り囲む各排気管セグメントの冷却水流路(20)とが各々補償器(13)の介在の下で補完されるように、隣接する2個の排気管セグメント(11、12)が、補償器(13)を用いて相互に結合され、
補償器(13)は、半径方向内側壁(22)と半径方向外側壁(23)を有する二重壁構造で形成され、
半径方向内側壁(22)は、一方で第2排気ガス長手室(17)を半径方向内側に境界づけ、他方で排気管セグメント(12)の冷却水流路(20)を半径方向外側に境界づける排気管セグメント(12)の壁(19)を補完し、
半径方向外側壁(23)は、冷却水路(20)を半径方向内側に境界づける排気管セグメント(12)の壁(21)を補完することを特徴とする多気筒内燃機関用の排気管装置。 - 隣接する各排気管セグメントの排気ガス流路(14)を規定する管状壁(15)並びに第1排気ガス長手室(16)を規定する管状壁(18)が各々軸方向において互いに直接隣接し直接補完され、隣り合う各排気管セグメントの第2排気ガス長手室(17)を半径方向内側に規定する管状壁(19)並びに各排気管セグメントの冷却水流路(20)を規定する管状壁(21)が各々軸方向において互いに間隔を隔てられ、補償器(13)の対応した壁(22、23)がそれらの管状壁(19、21)を補完することを特徴とする請求項1記載の排気管装置。
- 隣接する2個の排気管セグメントの領域において、第2排気ガス長手室(17)を半径方向外側に規定し且つ冷却水流路(20)を規定する各排気管セグメント(12)の管状壁(19、21)が、排気ガス流路(14)および第1排気ガス長手室(16)を規定する管状壁(15、18)に比べて軸方向に短くされ、これにより、補償器(13)が対応した排気管セグメント上に軸方向に短くされた管状壁(19、21)を補完するように被せられたことを特徴とする請求項2記載の排気管装置。
- 補償器(13)が、ベローズ状中央部材(25)と両側の外側フランジ(26、27)を有することを特徴とする請求項1から3の1つに記載の排気管装置。
- 補償器(13)の両側フランジ(26、27)が隣り合う両側の排気管セグメント(11、12)の対応したフランジ(28、29)に対して各々密封されたことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の排気管装置。
