Claims (7)
- 筐体の両側に酸素を含む原料ガスの入口とオゾン化ガスの出口と、オゾン発生管と、前記オゾン発生管の両端が気密に貫通する一対の管板と、前記管板で形成される水室に冷却水を循環する手段と、前記水室の下方部に設けられ、高圧気体を吹き込んで気泡を発生する気泡発生装置とを有する水冷式オゾン発生装置において、
前記冷却水の流量は1〜2m 3 /minであり、
前記気泡発生装置は、前記気泡を発生する際に用いられる0.05〜0.1m 3 /minのガス原料に3〜5g/m 3 の濃度のオゾン化ガスを0.005〜0.01m 3 /min添加することを特徴とする水冷式オゾン発生装置。 - 前記水室の容積は、3〜5m 3 であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水冷式オゾン発生装置。
- 前記オゾン発生管は、前記水室中に設けられており、
前記気泡発生装置は、前記発生する気泡が前記複数設けられたオゾン発生管の間隙の冷却水中を前記水室の下方部から上方部に向けて上昇する位置に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の水冷式オゾン発生装置。 - 前記気泡発生装置は、気体を水中で分散するノズル、フィルタ及びエゼクタのうちの一つを有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載の水冷式オゾン発生装置。
- 前記水室内の冷却水出口と、
前記水室内に冷却水を導入する冷却水入口と、
前記ポンプにより前記冷却水出口からの冷却水を前記冷却水入口へ循環させる循環経路と、
前記循環経路中に設けられ、前記冷却水出口から出た冷却水中のガスを分離するガス分離装置と、をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれかに記載の水冷式オゾン発生装置。 - 前記ガス分離装置で分離したガスを排出する排出経路と、
前記排出経路中に設けられ、前記排出経路中のオゾンを分解するオゾン分解装置と、をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の水冷式オゾン発生装置。 - 前記複数のオゾン発生管は、千鳥状に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の水冷式オゾン発生装置。
