Claims (1)
- オゾン発生器のオゾンガス出側に、混合機に接
続されるオゾンガスラインを接続すると共に、前
記混合機に、殺菌される水を供給し得る被殺菌水
ラインを接続し、前記混合機の殺菌水出側に、前
記オゾン発生器のオゾン発生部を冷却し得る冷却
水通路と接続される殺菌水ラインを接続したこと
を特徴とする水殺菌装置。
