Claims (1)
- オゾン発生装置と、該発生装置の下流に設けた
オゾン分解通路にオゾン分解装置を備えた脱臭殺
菌装置において、オゾン発生装置の下流に外部に
連通するバイパス通路を設け、これらオゾン分解
通路とバイパス通路を選択的に開閉可能にしたこ
とを特徴とする脱臭殺菌装置。
