Claims (1)
- 空気等の酸素を含有するガスを供給してオゾン
ガスを生成し得るオゾン発生器のオゾンガス出側
に、水、アルカリ液、アルカリ金属、アルカリ金
属化合物、アルカリ土類金属、アルカリ土類金属
化合物のいずれかを窒素酸化物の吸収剤とした吸
収装置を配設したことを特徴とするオゾン発生装
置。
