Claims (1)
- 流量制御機構とオゾン発生器と、反応槽からな
る化学発光分析装置において、前記反応槽は、光
学フイルターと光電子増幅器と紫外線光源を具備
し、前記流量制御機構から吸入した試料に、前記
オゾン発生器からのオゾンを混合するとともに、
前記紫外線光源からの紫外線を照射することを特
徴とする分析装置。
