- 被測定呼気ゆく通過す仝資料室と、紫外光源と、前記紫
外光源からの紫外光のスペクトルを拡大1、酸素による
吸収が各々大、小の第1、第2光を含む光を出力するス
ペクトル拡大部と、前記スペクトル拡大部か゛らの前記
第1、第2光を選択的に前記資料室へ導入するフィルタ
と、前記資料室を通過した光を検出する検出器とから成
る酸素濃一度測定装置。 11、
