Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 光源と、該光源からの光を通過させるセルと、該セルを
    通過した光を受光する検出器を直列に配置すると共に、
    光路断続用のチョッパーを設けたガス分析計であって、
    前記セルに対してそれの光路を遮らない箇所にガス導入
    口を設けると共に、該セルの内部に前記光路に直交する
    軸まわりで回転自在のチョッパーを設け、かつ、前記光
    源側の窓と検出器側の窓をセル窓に兼用すると共に、少
    なくとも一方の窓とセル空間との間に小間隙を有せしめ
    てガス排出口を形成したことを特徴とするガス分析計。
