Claims (4)
- 第1の形成表面を少なくとも部分的に画定し、シェルを形成する第1の部材を提供することと、
前記シェルに収容され、前記第1の部材を少なくとも部分的に支持し、前記第1の部材と協働して第1のダイを少なくとも部分的に画定する第2の部材を形成することと、
第2の形成表面を有し、前記第1のダイと協働してダイキャビティを画定する第2のダイを形成することと、
前記第1の部材と前記第2の部材との間に冷却チャネルを形成することであって、前記冷却チャネルの部分がダイ作用方向に平行な方向において前記第1の形成表面からずれる、前記冷却チャネルを形成することと、
を含み、
前記冷却チャネルを形成することは、
前記第1の部材の表面にスロットを形成することと、
フィラプレートを形成することと、
チャンネルが画定されるように、前記フィラプレートを前記スロットに部分的に挿入することと、
を含み、
前記フィラプレートが前記スロットと協働して、入力ポートおよび出力ポートを形成する、
方法。 - 前記冷却チャネルの前記部分は、前記第1の形成表面から一様な間隔だけずれる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第1の形成表面を少なくとも部分的に画定し、シェルを形成する第1の部材、および前記シェルに収容され、前記第1の部材を少なくとも部分的に支持する第2の部材を有する第1のダイと、
第2の形成表面を有し、前記第1のダイと協働してダイキャビティを画定する第2のダイとを含み、
冷却チャネルが前記第1の部材と前記第2の部材との間に形成され、前記冷却チャネルの一部分は、ダイ作用方向に平行な方向において、前記第1の形成表面からずれ、
前記冷却チャネルは、
前記第1の部材の表面に形成されたスロットと、
チャンネルが画定されるように、前記スロットに部分的に挿入されたフィラプレートと、
を含み、
前記フィラプレートが前記スロットと協働して、入力ポートおよび出力ポートを形成する
加熱形成ダイ。 - 前記冷却チャネルの前記一部分は、前記第1の形成表面から一様の間隔だけずれる、請求項3に記載の加熱形成ダイ。
