Description
本発明の潤滑油用添加剤組成物に用いる炭化水素系溶剤は、100℃の動粘度が4.0〜4.5mm2/s、%CAが3以下、および硫黄分含有量が0.05質量%以下である炭化水素系合成油およびこれらの混合物から選ばれる溶剤である。
本発明でいう%CAとは、ASTM D 3238−85に準拠した方法(n−d−M環分析)により求められる、芳香族炭素数の全炭素数に対する百分率を意味する。
一般式(1)の具体例としては、上記リン含有化合物の亜鉛、銅、ニッケル、コバルト、カルシウム、マグネシウム等の金属の塩が挙げられる。
下記の炭化水素系溶剤にリン含有化合物の金属塩を配合して、表1および表2に示す組成を有する潤滑油用添加剤組成物を調製した(実施例1〜4、比較例1〜16)。なお、表中の炭化水素系溶剤およびリン含有化合物の金属塩は次のとおりである。
溶剤1:パラフィン系溶剤精製鉱油(100℃における動粘度:2.1mm2/s、%CA:5、硫黄分:800質量ppm)
溶剤2:水素化精製鉱油(100℃における動粘度:2.7mm2/s、%CA:0、硫黄分:0質量ppm)
溶剤3:ポリ−α−オレフィン(PAO)(100℃における動粘度:4.0mm2/s、%CA:0、硫黄分:0質量ppm)
リン化合物A:n−ブチル−n−ヘキシルリン酸エステル亜鉛塩(平均炭素数:5、リン含有量:11.5質量%、亜鉛含有量:11.9質量%)
リン化合物B:ジn−ヘキシルリン酸エステル亜鉛塩(平均炭素数:6、リン含有量:10.4質量%、亜鉛含有量:10.7質量%)
リン化合物C:n−ブチル−n−オクチルリン酸エステル亜鉛塩(平均炭素数:6、リン含有量:10.4質量%、亜鉛含有量:10.7質量%)
リン化合物D:n−ブチル−n−オクチルチオリン酸エステル亜鉛塩(平均炭素数:6、リン含有量:9.8質量%、亜鉛含有量:10.1質量%、硫黄含有量:10.1質量%)
リン化合物E:ジn−ブチルリン酸エステル亜鉛塩(平均炭素数:4、リン含有量:12.8質量%、亜鉛含有量:13.1質量%)
リン化合物F:ジn−ブチルチオリン酸エステル亜鉛塩(平均炭素数:4、リン含有量:11.9質量%、亜鉛含有量:12.3質量%、硫黄含有量:12.3質量%)
リン化合物G:n−ブチル−n−ヘキシルリン酸エステル亜鉛塩(平均炭素数:4.5、リン含有量:12.2質量%、亜鉛含有量:12.6質量%)
リン化合物H:ジ2−エチルヘキシルリン酸エステル亜鉛塩(リン含有量:8.8質量%、亜鉛含有量:9.1質量%)
リン化合物I:ジ2−エチルヘキシルチオリン酸エステル亜鉛塩(リン含有量:8.4質量%、亜鉛含有量:8.7質量%、硫黄含有量:8.7質量%)
