Claims (9)
- 端部プレート(32)を備え、空気及び燃料の混合気を燃焼させるための燃焼器(12)と、
前記燃焼器(12)内に燃料及び空気を直接噴射するための希薄直接噴射器(14)と、
を含み、
前記噴射器が、
その中を通って空気又は燃料をシェル(16)に導入する入口(28)を備え、かつ前記燃焼器(12)に連結された端部(22)を備えるシェル(16)であって、前記シェルからの空気又は燃料が燃焼器端部プレートに直接入って前記燃焼器内に直接噴射を行う、シェル(16)と、
前記シェル(16)内部に配置され、前記燃焼器まで延びる複数のチューブ(18)であって、前記複数のチューブからの空気又は燃料が前記燃焼器端部プレートに直接入って前記燃焼器内に直接噴射を行う、複数のチューブ(18)と、
を含み、
前記燃焼器端部プレート(32)が、
前記シェル(16)からの空気又は燃料を前記燃焼器(12)内に直接噴射するための第1の複数の孔(34)と、
前記チューブ(18)からの空気又は燃料を前記燃焼器(12)内に直接噴射するための第2の複数の孔(38)と、
を備え、
前記複数のチューブ(18)は、前記燃焼器端部プレート(32)と前記シェル(16)の端部(22)との間を延び、
前記シェル(16)が、
その中に形成されてそれに連結されたプレナム(40)から空気又は燃料を受ける第3の複数の孔(24)を備えた第1の端部プレート(20)と、
前記燃焼器端部プレート(32)に連結されかつその中に形成されて前記燃焼器(12)に対して空気又は燃料を直接運ぶ第4の複数の孔(30)を備えた第2の端部プレート(22)と、
を含み、
前記複数のチューブ(18)が、前記第1及び第2の端部プレート(20、22)内に形成された前記第3及び第4の複数の孔(24、30)間でさらに延びる、

- 前記シェル(16)及び複数のチューブ(18の一方が空気または空気と希釈剤との組み合わせを、他方が燃料または燃料と希釈剤との組み合わせを、前記燃焼器(12)に対して運ぶ、請求項1に記載の燃焼システム。
- 前記シェル(16)の第2の端部プレート(22)が、該第2の端部プレート内に切り込まれて前記燃焼器に対して空気又は燃料を直接運ぶ第5の複数の孔(29)を含む、請求項1に記載の燃焼システム。
- 前記第2の複数の孔(38)が、前記チューブ(18)と一列になって前記燃焼器端部プレート(32)を貫通して切り込まれる、請求項1に記載の燃焼システム。
- 前記第1及び第2の複数の孔(34、38)が、前記チューブ(18)に対して傾斜して前記燃焼器端部プレート(32)を貫通して切り込まれる、請求項1に記載の燃焼システム。
- 前記第2の複数の孔(38)が、前記第1の複数の孔(34)と交差するように前記燃焼器端部プレート(32)内に傾斜して切り込まれて、該第2の複数の孔(38)によって運ばれた燃料が、該第1の複数の孔(34)によって運ばれた空気と混合される、請求項1に記載の燃焼システム。
- 前記複数のチューブ(18)が、前記シェル(16)に対してろう付け又は溶接され、
前記端部プレートが、前記燃焼器のためのキャップである、
