Claims (6)
- 排気ガス再循環方法であって、
吸気セクションを介して、圧縮機の流入口において吸入空気を受入れるステップと、
前記受入吸入空気を使用して、前記圧縮機において加圧空気を発生させるステップと、
前記加圧空気を前記圧縮機から燃焼器に供給して燃焼し、該燃焼器において該加圧空気及び燃料を使用して燃焼生成物を生成するステップと、
前記燃焼と関連した前記燃焼生成物をタービン部品において受入れて、該タービン部品から第1の排気ガスを放出するステップと、
前記第1の排気ガスを排熱回収ボイラ(HRSG)に供給して、蒸気タービンエンジンから取得した凝縮蒸気を再加熱するステップと、
前記再加熱した蒸気を前記HRSGから前記蒸気タービンエンジンに供給するステップと、
前記HRSGおよび蒸気タービンエンジンからの排気ガスおよび蒸気を再循環管路を介して前記吸気セクションに再循環するための1つ以上の弁を制御するステップと、
を含み、
前記圧縮機、前記燃焼器、および前記タービン部品は、ガスタービンエンジンの一部であり、
再循環される前記排気ガスと蒸気は、前記HRSGと前記蒸気タービンエンジンの双方から提供可能であり、
前記再循環される排気ガスと蒸気により、前記吸入空気の温度を上昇させ、
前記吸気セクションにおける周囲温度と所定の温度との温度差により、前記HRSGと前記蒸気タービンエンジンのいずれから排気ガスと蒸気を前記再循環管路に供給するかを決定する、
方法。 - センサからの温度データを制御モジュールにおいて受信して、該制御モジュールが、該受信温度データに少なくとも部分的に基づいて前記1つ以上の弁を制御するように作用して、前記再循環管路を介して前記吸気セクションに再循環させる排気ガスおよび蒸気の量を制御するステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 吸気セクションを介して吸入空気を受入れかつ該受入吸入空気を使用して加圧空気を発生させる圧縮機と、
燃料及び前記圧縮機によって発生された前記加圧空気を受入れかつ該加圧空気及び燃料を使用して燃焼生成物を生成する燃焼器と、
前記燃焼と関連した前記燃焼生成物を受入れかつ第1の排気ガスを放出するタービン部品と、
蒸気タービンエンジンから取得した凝縮蒸気を再加熱する排熱回収ボイラ(HRSG)と、
前記HRSGおよび蒸気タービンエンジンの一方または双方を選択して、再循環する排気ガスおよび蒸気を供給する、1つ以上の弁と、
前記HRSGから前記蒸気タービンエンジンの双方から前記吸気セクションに排気ガスおよび蒸気を再循環することが可能な再循環管路と、
を備え、
前記圧縮機、前記燃焼器、および前記タービン部品は、ガスタービンエンジンの一部であり、
前記再加熱した蒸気が、前記HRSGから前記蒸気タービンエンジンに供給され、
前記再循環される排気ガスと蒸気により、前記吸入空気の温度を上昇させ、
前記吸気セクションにおける周囲温度と所定の温度との温度差により、前記HRSGと前記蒸気タービンエンジンのいずれから排気ガスと蒸気を前記再循環管路に供給するかを決定する、
排気ガス再循環用のシステム。 - 前記再循環管路が、該再循環管路内の前記排気ガスの温度を低下させるように作用する熱交換器をさらに含む、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- センサから温度データを受信しかつ該受信温度データに少なくとも部分的に基づいて前記1つ以上の弁を制御して、前記HRSGおよび蒸気タービンエンジンの一方から前記再循環管路を介して前記吸気セクションに前記排気ガスの少なくとも一部分を再循環させる、制御モジュールをさらに含む、請求項3または4に記載のシステム。
- 前記タービン部品によって放出された排気ガスを処理するようになった触媒コンバータをさらに含み、
前記触媒コンバータが、前記排気ガスから汚染物質を除去する、
請求項3から5のいずれかに記載のシステム。
