Claims (8)
- 空気流と排気流(125)を含む吸気流(135)をターボ機械(140)の圧縮部(145)に向かって流すための吸気システム(160)、排気部、及び燃料と空気流を燃焼させるための燃焼システム(147)を備えるターボ機械(140)と、
前記排気部の下流に位置する排気筒(155)及び前記吸気システム(160)に流体的に接続された排気ガス再循環(EGR)システム(100)と
を備えるシステムであって、
前記EGRシステム(100)が、
1以上の排気ガス再循環(EGR)スキッド(105)と、
前記EGRシステム(100)の吸気部で且つ前記排気筒(155)近傍に接続されたEGR排気ダンパ(120)であって、前記排気部から出る排気流(125)を、前記吸気部に流入する部分と、前記排気筒を通して排出される部分と、に分けるEGR排気ダンパ(120)と、
前記EGRシステム(100)の排気部近傍で接続され且つ外気フード(165)に流体的に接続された前記吸気システム近傍に位置するEGR吸気ダンパ(115)であって、前記排気流を、前記吸気システムに流入させ、前記外気フードから前記吸気システムに流れ込む前記吸気空気と混合させ、該混合された空気及び排気流をフィルタシステム(170)を通させるよう構成されたEGR吸気ダンパ(115)と、
前記EGRシステム(100)内に位置し前記燃焼システム(147)に流体的に接続された1以上の熱交換器(195)と
を備え、
前記EGRシステム(100)が、
前記ターボ機械(140)の前記排気部から、第1のレベルの成分量を含有する第1排気温度の前記排気流(125)を受け取り、
前記排気流(125)の前記成分量を、第2のレベルまで低下させる前記EGRスキッド(105)に導入し、
前記排気流(125)を、第2排気温度で前記EGRスキッド(105)から排出させて前記吸気システム(160)に導入し、
前記排気流(125)の一部が前記1以上の熱交換器(195)の一部を流れる間に、前記1以上の熱交換器(195)が第1温度の燃料を受け取り、より高温の第2温度で燃料を排出し、
前記排気流が、第1の温度で前記1以上の熱交換器(195)の前記一部に入り、より低温の第2温度で排出されるよう構成されている
ことを特徴とする、システム。 - 燃料の第1温度が、約−1°C(約30°F)〜約38°C(約100°F)の範囲である、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 燃料の第2温度が、約93°C(約200°F)〜約204°C(約400°F)の範囲である、請求項1又は2記載のシステム。
- 前記排気流(125)の最高温度が約816°C(約1500°F)である、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記EGRシステム(100)の前記EGR排気ダンパ(120)が、前記EGRシステム内を流れる前記排気流(125)の量を制御する、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 燃料温度を上昇させるよう構成された1以上の燃料ガス加熱器(200)を更に備える、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記1以上の燃料ガス加熱器(200)が、前記1以上の熱交換器(195)に燃料を供給する、請求項6記載のシステム。
- 前記1以上の熱交換器(195)が、前記EGRスキッド(105)の上流に位置する、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
