Abstract
【解決手段】空気流と排気流を含む吸気流135を圧縮部145で圧縮して、燃料と空気流を燃焼させる燃焼システム147を備えるターボ機械140の吸気流135に排気流125加えるためのEGRシステム100内に熱交換器195を配置し、この熱交換器195において、ターボ機械140が消費する燃料と排気流125との熱交換を行い、燃料を加熱し、その温度を上昇させる。

Claims (10)
- 空気流と排気流(125)を含む吸気流(135)をターボ機械(140)の圧縮部(145)に向かって流すための吸気システム(160)、及び
燃料と空気流を燃焼させるための燃焼システム(147)を備えるターボ機械(140)と、
1以上の排気ガス再循環(EGR)スキッド(105)及び1以上の熱交換器(195)を備えるEGRシステム(100)とを備える、燃料温度を上昇させるシステムであって、
前記EGRシステム(100)が、
前記ターボ機械(140)の排気部から、第1のレベルの成分量を含有する第1排気温度の前記排気流(125)を受け取り、
前記排気流(125)の前記成分量を、第2のレベルまで低下させる前記EGRスキッド(105)に導入し、
前記排気流(125)を、第2排気温度で前記EGRスキッド(105)から排出させて前記吸気システム(160)に導入するよう構成されており、
前記排気流(125)の一部が前記1以上の熱交換器(195)の一部を流れる間に、前記1以上の熱交換器(195)が第1温度の燃料を受け取り、第2温度で燃料を排出するシステム。 - 燃料の第1温度が、約30°F〜約100°Fの範囲である、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 燃料の第2温度が、約200°F〜約400°Fの範囲である、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記排気流(125)の最高温度が約1500°Fである、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記EGRシステム(100)が、前記EGRシステム内を流れる前記排気流(125)の量を制御する1以上のEGR排気ダンパ(120)を備える、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 燃料温度を上昇させるよう構成された1以上の燃料ガス加熱器(200)を更に備える、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記1以上の燃料ガス加熱器(200)が、前記1以上の熱交換器(195)から燃料を受け取り、該燃料の流れを前記燃焼システム(145)に配向する、請求項6記載のシステム。
- 前記1以上の燃料ガス加熱器(200)が、前記1以上の熱交換器(195)に燃料を供給する、請求項6記載のシステム。
- 前記1以上の熱交換器(195)が、前記EGRスキッド(105)の上流に位置する、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記1以上の熱交換器(195)が、前記EGRスキッド(105)の下流に位置する、請求項1記載のシステム。
