拡張可能なほぼ軸方向のスリットが形成されているほぼ円筒状のバルーンであって、内視鏡を収容するために十分にスリットの円周方向膨脹を許容し、その後スリットの円周方向収縮を許容するように構成されて内視鏡へのバルーンのラップアラウンド式取り付けを行うためほぼ円筒状のバルーンを含む、ラップアラウンド式バルーンがさらに提供される。
Claims (8)
- 細長い物体上に弾性アウター管状物体を取り付ける拡張装置であって、
少なくとも1つの外側に向かって移動可能な要素を有するシャーシ要素であり、当該移動可能な要素は前記弾性アウター管状物体の少なくとも一部分と選択的に係合可能である、そのシャーシ要素と、
外方に移動可能である前記要素が前記弾性アウター管状物体の前記少なくとも一部分と係合しているときに、前記シャーシ要素に対して移動可能であり、少なくとも1個の外方に移動可能である前記要素と選択的に係合するように動作し、前記弾性アウター管状物体の対応する外方移動および外方拡張を生じる駆動部と、
前記駆動部と関連付けられ、前記駆動部の動作による前記弾性アウター管状物体の拡張時に前記弾性アウター管状物体の前記少なくとも一部分に挿入され、前記細長い物体の少なくとも一部分を収容するように構成されている係合要素とを備え、
当該拡張装置は、前記細長い物体の前方端部から所定の距離をあけて前記弾性アウター管状物体を前記細長い物体に取り付けるように動作することを特徴とする拡張装置。 - 前記係合要素から前記弾性アウター管状物体の前記少なくとも一部分を係合解除するため動作する弾性アウター管状物体係合解除機能をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の拡張装置。
- 前記係合解除機能は前記シャーシ要素と関連付けられている、請求項2に記載の拡張装置。
- 前記係合解除機能は前記弾性アウター管状物体の前記少なくとも一部分を前記係合要素に対して摺動させるため動作する、請求項2または請求項3に記載の拡張装置。
- 前記係合要素は前記駆動部と着脱自在に関連付けられている、請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載の拡張装置。
- 前記係合要素は前記細長い物体の所定の長さまで前記細長い物体の前記少なくとも一部分を収容するようになっている、請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載の拡張装置。
- 前記係合要素は前記シャーシ要素より小さいことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載の拡張装置。
- 前記駆動部は前記シャーシ要素に対して軸方向に移動可能である、請求項1乃至7の何れか一項に記載の拡張装置。
