Description
Claims (21)
- 第一および第二の少なくとも二種の基材を含む潤滑油であって、
FVA54マイクロピッチング試験の不合格負荷10超を示し、かつ粘度39cSt超(Kv100℃)および粘度指数少なくとも161を有し、
前記第一および第二の基材の粘度差は、96〜146cSt(Kv100℃)であり、
前記第一の基材は、粘度120〜200cSt(Kv100℃)を有する合成PAOであり、
一方、前記第二の基材は、粘度2cSt以上、6cSt未満(Kv100℃)を有する合成PAOであり、
さらに、第三の基材、および油によるギヤ保護のための好ましい潤滑油特性を得るように選択されるギア油パッケージを含み、
前記第三の基材は、粘度6cSt以上、100cSt以下(Kv100℃)を有するPAO、エステル基材、アルキル化芳香族およびそれらの任意の組み合わせからなる群から選択され、そして、
前記第一の基材は、前記潤滑油の35〜73.15重量%を構成し、
前記第二の基材は、前記潤滑油の14〜18重量%を構成し、
前記第三の基材は、前記潤滑油の34.1〜34.15重量%を構成し、
前記ギア油パッケージは、前記潤滑油の2.85〜2.90重量%を構成する、
ことを特徴とする潤滑油。 - 前記第1の基材は、高粘度指数PAO(150cSt、Kv100℃)であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の潤滑油。
- 前記ギア油パッケージは、耐磨耗剤、酸化防止剤、消泡剤、抗乳化剤、清浄剤、分散剤、金属不活性化剤、摩擦低減剤、防錆剤およびそれらの任意の組み合わせからなる群から選択される添加剤を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の潤滑油。
- 前記第一の基材は、粘度150cSt(Kv100℃)を有し、
前記第二の基材は、粘度6cSt未満を有し、
前記第三の基材は、粘度6cSt以上、100cSt以下(Kv100℃)を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の潤滑油。 - 第三および第四の基材を更に含み、
前記第三の基材は、粘度6cSt以上、100cSt未満(Kv100℃)を有するPAOを含み、
前記第四の基材は、アルキル化芳香族基材を含む
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の潤滑油。 - 粘度39cSt超(Kv100℃)および粘度指数161超を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の潤滑油。
- さらに、アジペートエステルが、第四の基材として前記潤滑油に対して10重量%含まれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の潤滑油。
- 第一および第二の少なくとも二種の基材を含む潤滑油であって、
前記第一および第二の基材の粘度差は、96〜146cSt(Kv100℃)であり、
FVA54マイクロピッチング試験の不合格負荷10超を示し、
粘度39cSt超(Kv100℃)および粘度指数少なくとも161を有し、
前記第一の基材は、合成PAOであり、前記第二の基材は、合成PAOであり、
前記第一の基材は、粘度120〜200cSt(Kv100℃)であり、前記第二の基材は、粘度2cSt以上、6cSt未満(Kv100℃)であり、
さらに、アルキル化芳香族および油によるギヤ保護のための好ましい潤滑油特性を得るように選択されるギア油パッケージを含み、そして、
前記第一の基材は、前記潤滑油の35〜73.15重量%を構成し、
前記第二の基材は、前記潤滑油の14〜18重量%を構成し、
前記アルキル化芳香族は、前記潤滑油の34.1〜34.15重量%を構成し、
前記ギア油パッケージは、前記潤滑油の2.85〜2.90重量%を構成する、
ことを特徴とする潤滑油。 - 前記第一の基材は、粘度200cSt未満(Kv100℃)であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の潤滑油。
- 前記第二の基材は、粘度2cSt超(Kv100℃)を有することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の潤滑油。
- 前記第一の基材は、高粘度指数PAO(150cSt、Kv100℃)であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の潤滑油。
- 前記ギア油パッケージは、耐磨耗剤、酸化防止剤、消泡剤、抗乳化剤、清浄剤、分散剤、金属不活性化剤、摩擦低減剤、防錆剤およびそれらの任意の組み合わせからなる群から選択される添加剤を含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の潤滑油。
- 粘度39cSt超(Kv100℃)および粘度指数165超を有することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の潤滑油。
- さらに、アジペートエステルが、第四の基材として前記潤滑油に対して10重量%含まれることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の潤滑油。
- a)粘度120〜200cSt(Kv100℃)を有する合成PAOを含む第一の基材を得る工程;
b)粘度2cSt以上、6cSt未満(Kv100℃)を有する合成PAOを含む第二の基材を得る工程;
c)粘度6cSt以上、100cSt以下(Kv100℃)を有するPAO、エステル基材、アルキル化芳香族およびそれらの任意の組み合わせからなる群から選択される第三の基材を得る工程;および
d)前記第一、第二および第三の基材を混合して、潤滑油を生じる工程
を含む潤滑油の製造方法であって、
前記潤滑油は、FVA54マイクロピッチング試験の不合格負荷段階10超を示し、かつ粘度38cSt超(Kv100℃)および粘度指数161超を有し、
さらに、前記潤滑油に油によるギヤ保護のための好ましい潤滑油特性を得るように選択されるギア油パッケージを添加する工程を含み、
その際、前記第一の基材は、前記潤滑油の35〜73.15重量%を構成し、
前記第二の基材は、前記潤滑油の14〜18重量%を構成し、
前記第三の基材は、前記潤滑油の34.1〜34.15重量%を構成し、
前記ギア油パッケージは、前記潤滑油の2.85〜2.90重量%を構成する、
ことを特徴とする潤滑油の製造方法。 - アルキル化芳香族基材を含む第四の基材を得る工程;および
前記第四の基材を前記第一、第二および第三の基材と混合して、潤滑油を製造する工程
を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項15に記載の方法。 - 前記第一の基材は、高粘度指数PAO(150cSt、Kv100℃)であることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記ギア油パッケージは、耐磨耗剤、酸化防止剤、消泡剤、抗乳化剤、清浄剤、分散剤、金属不活性化剤、摩擦低減剤、防錆剤およびそれらの任意の組み合わせからなる群から選択される添加剤を含むことを特徴とする請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記潤滑油は、粘度38cSt超(Kv100℃)および粘度指数161超を有することを特徴とする請求項15に記載の方法。
- さらに、アジペートエステルが、第四の基材として前記潤滑油に対して10重量%含まれることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の方法。
- a)請求項15〜20に記載の方法で製造された潤滑油を得る工程;および
b)少なくとも一種のギヤを、前記潤滑油で潤滑する工程
を含むことを特徴とするマイクロピッチング防止性の達成方法。
