エポキシド樹脂:10g、ハンツマン(Huntsman)社製、アラルディット(Araldit) GY250
硬化剤1:2g、S.I.Q社製、SIQ アミン(Amin) 2030
硬化剤2:2g、アルツヒェム(Alzchem)社製、ジシアンジアミド
促進剤:0.5g、BASF社製、2−メチルイミダゾール
メタノール:100g
ディニア(Dynea)社製フェノール樹脂3195:10g
メタノール:100g
破裂強度、ミューレン(Mullen)及びDIN EN ISO2758による
面積当たりの質量、DIN EN ISO536による
曲げ剛性(湿潤時、乾燥時)、シュレンカー(Schlenker)及びDIN53864による
高温エンジンオイルに対する耐性を測定するために、10分間165℃で、対流式加熱炉中で濾過材を硬化させた。その後、硬化させた平坦な濾過材をシェル・へリックス・ウルトラ(Shell Helix Ultra)5W30のエンジンオイル中150℃で3週間貯蔵し、続いて、更に24時間、DIN EN ISO 20187による標準気候中で温度や湿度を調節した。最後に、DIN EN ISO 2758による処理した濾過材の破裂強度を測定し、未処理の濾過材の破裂強度と比較した。
対流式加熱炉中に検査すべき試料を24時間160℃で貯蔵した。DIN EN ISO 20187による温度及び湿度を調節した後、DIN EN ISO 2758による破裂強度を測定した。
まず、DIN EN ISO 20187による温度及び湿度を調節した試料のDIN EN ISO 9237による空気透過率を測定した。その後、10分間蒸留水中に試料を浸漬し、続いて、2つの吸取紙間に挟持して、5分間水分を吸収した。その後、再びDIN EN ISO9237による空気透過率を測定したが、この際、この試料は、元の空気透過率の値が再度得られるまで、スイッチを入れた機器中に配置した。この期間中、差圧を200Paに保持した。機器中に試料を入れた直後と30秒後毎に空気透過率の値を読み取った。
調査すべき材料約0.3gを加熱炉内に配置した。ガス採取器内4分間、180℃で蒸留水中の放出物を採取した。続いて、ホルムアルデヒドと4−アミノ−3−ヒドラジノ−5−メルカプト−1,2,4−トリアゾールとの反応(ドイツ技術者協会(VDI)3862シート4)を利用して比色分析でホルムアルデヒドを測定した。
加熱炉内に調査すべき材料約0.3gを投入した。4分間、180℃でガス採取器で希釈苛性ソーダ中の放出物を採取した。続いて、フェノールとp−ニトロアニリンとの反応(ドイツ技術者協会(VDI)3485)を利用して、比色分析でフェノールを測定した。
Claims (13)
- エポキシド樹脂と硬化剤とを含む接着剤が含浸されかつセルロース、ガラス繊維、合成繊維又はこれらの混合物により構成される少なくとも単一の層を備える濾過材において、
硬化剤は、より低い温度で架橋を行う第1の硬化剤と、より高い温度で架橋を行う第2の硬化剤とを含み、エポキシド樹脂は、温度に応じて段階的に硬化可能であり、
第1の硬化剤は、エポキシド樹脂に対する化学量論比30〜80%で接着剤中に存在して、温度0℃以上で架橋を開始し、
第2の硬化剤は、エポキシド樹脂に対する化学量論比30〜80%で接着剤中に存在して、温度130℃以上で架橋を開始することを特徴とする単層又は複数層の濾過材。 - 第1の硬化剤は、脂肪族硬化剤及び/又は脂環式アミン硬化剤から誘導される請求項1に記載の濾過材。
- 第1の硬化剤は、ポリアミドアミンである請求項2に記載の濾過材。
- 第2の硬化剤は、窒素含有硬化剤である請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の濾過材。
- 第2の硬化剤は、ジシアンジアミド、グアナミン又はイミダゾールである請求項4に記載の濾過材。
- 第2の硬化剤は、促進剤を含有する請求項4に記載の濾過材。
- 請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載の単一又は複数の濾過材から作成されることを特徴とする濾過部材。
- 濾過材にひだを付けられる請求項7に記載の濾過部材。
- 濾過材に縦長方向に細溝を付けられる請求項7に記載の濾過部材。
- 濾過材は、エンボス成形される請求項7に記載の濾過部材。
- 濾過材は、横断方向の波形が形成される請求項7に記載の濾過部材。
- a) より低い温度以上で架橋を行う第1の硬化剤及びより高い温度以上で架橋を行う第2の硬化剤を含む硬化剤と、エポキシド樹脂とにより構成されて、温度に応じて段階的に硬化可能な接着剤を準備する工程と、
b) セルロース、ガラス繊維、合成繊維又はこれらの混合物を含む少なくとも単一の層に接着剤を含浸させる工程と、
c) 少なくとも、より低い温度に該当しかつより高い温度には満たない温度に濾過材を曝露して濾過材を予め硬化させる工程と、
d) エンボス成形し、蛇腹状に折り曲げ加工し又は材料織物に対して横断方向の波形を形成することにより、少なくとも単一の層を形成する工程と、
e) より高い温度以上の温度に濾過材を曝露して、濾過材を硬化させる工程とを含むことを特徴とする単層又は複数層を有する濾過材の製造方法。 - 0℃と120℃との間の温度で濾過材を予め硬化させる工程と、
一方、130℃以上の温度で硬化させる工程とを含む請求項12に記載の濾過材の製造方法。
