Claims (5)
- 軸線方向に延びる有底筒状をなし、前記軸線方向の先端側に被検出ガスを検出するための検出部を有する検出素子と、
前記軸線方向に延び、前記軸線方向の先端側に前記検出部を加熱する発熱部を有し、前記軸線方向の後端側の外周面に前記発熱部への通電のための電極部が露出し、前記検出素子に挿入されるヒータと、
前記ヒータよりも前記軸線方向の後端側に配置され、前記ヒータに電力を供給するためのリード線と、
前記リード線と前記ヒータの前記電極部とを電気的に接続する平板状の接続部材と、
前記接続部材の周囲を囲んで配置され、前記接続部材を収容するとともに、自身の内部において前記軸線方向の先端向きに突出する固定部を有するセパレータと
を備えたガスセンサであって、
前記接続部材は、径方向内側に突出する突当部を有し、
前記突当部は自身の後端向き面が前記固定部の先端向き面に対し、前記軸線方向に沿って先端側から突き当たることを特徴とするガスセンサ。 - 前記接続部材と前記ヒータの前記電極部とはロウ付けによって接続されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガスセンサ。
- 前記接続部材は複数あって、全ての前記接続部材は、それぞれの板面の向く方向が、いずれも前記軸線方向に直交する方向であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のガスセンサ。
- 前記接続部材は、径方向内側に突出する二つの突出部を備え、
前記二つの突出部のうち、前記軸線方向の後端側に配置された一方の突出部は、自身の前記後端向き面が前記固定部の前記先端向き面に対し、前記軸線方向に沿って前記軸線方向の先端側から突き当たり、前記一方の突出部よりも前記軸線方向の先端側に配置された他方の突出部が、前記ヒータの前記電極部と接続されることを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れかに記載のガスセンサ。 - 前記セパレータ内で、少なくとも一つの前記接続部材が配置される配置部は、内周面の周方向の大きさが、前記接続部材の外周面の周方向の大きさよりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項1から4の何れかに記載のガスセンサ。
