Claims (4)
- 軸線方向に延び、先端側の検出部が被測定ガスに晒され、この被測定ガス中の特定ガスの濃度と基準ガスとしての大気中の前記特定ガスの濃度との差から当該特定ガスを検出するガスセンサ素子と、
前記ガスセンサ素子の径方向外側を取り囲み、該ガス検出素子の前記検出部を自身の先端から突出する筒状のハウジングと、
前記ハウジングの後端側開口を閉塞する閉塞部材であって、前記ハウジング内部に外部から大気を導入するための通気孔を有する閉塞部材と、
を備えたガスセンサにおいて、
一部が前記閉塞部材から後端側に突出した状態で前記通気孔に挿入、配置されるフィルタユニットであって、
有底筒状に形成され周方向に沿って複数の透孔を有する内側部材と、
当該内側部材の外側に設けられ少なくとも前記透孔の外側部分を覆うフィルタ部材と、
前記フィルタ部材の外側に設けられ、前記内側部材との間に前記フィルタ部材を保持するとともに前記フィルタ部材上に開口を有する外側部材とを具備し、
前記開口の少なくとも一部が前記閉塞部材よりも後端側に露出するフィルタユニットを具備している
ことを特徴とするガスセンサ。 - 請求項1記載のガスセンサにおいて、
前記フィルタ部材が、前記内側部材の外側に装着可能な筒状とされていることを特徴とするガスセンサ。 - 請求項1又は2記載のガスセンサにおいて、
前記外側部材の前記開口を挟んだ軸方向両側部分を周方向に沿って加締めることにより、当該外側部材及び前記フィルタ部材が前記内側部材に固定されていることを特徴とするガスセンサ。 - 請求項3項記載のガスセンサにおいて、
前記外側部材のビッカース硬度が前記内側部材のビッカース硬度より低いことを特徴とするガスセンサ。
