Claims (14)
- 両側のサイドレールおよび出入口の上部近くのドア幅にわたる交差部分に適合し、出入口を閉じあるいは開くための工業用ロールアップドアであり、次の各構成を備える工業用ロールアップドア。
・細長い剛性のある多数の薄板を含み、各薄板のドア幅方向における長さが同じであり、しかも、各薄板が左の端部部分、右の端部部分、上部部分、下部部分、内側表面および外側表面を有するドアリーフ。
・前記薄板の各端部部分上の少なくとも1つのフレキシブルな巻上げベルト。
・各薄板の端部部分に適合する端部部品であり、前記巻上げベルトの中間部分に着脱可能に取り付けられ、それによって各薄板を他の薄板と独立に支持し、ドアが部分的に閉じているときに、個々の薄板を取り換えることができるようになった端部部品。
・上部薄板の各端部部分に固定され、多数の薄板の端部部分の外側表面上に位置する、連続するフレキシブルな第1の減衰プロフィール部材。
・らせん形の部材を伴う回転可能なシャフトであり、前記らせん形の部材は外側周面に第2の減衰プロフィール部材を含み、そのシャフトが第1の方向に回転するとき前記薄板を連続する層形態で受け入れ、そのシャフトが第2の方向に回転するとき前記薄板を解放する回転シャフト。 - 隣接する薄板の下部部分および上部部分の少なくとも一部を互いに回転するように構成した、請求項1の工業用ロールアップドア。
- 隣接する薄板の下部部分および上部部分の少なくとも一方の少なくとも一部に、弾力性の部材を入れるように構成した、請求項1の工業用ロールアップドア。
- 隣接する薄板の下部部分および上部部分の少なくとも一部に、弾力性のヒンジ部材を入れ、薄板間をフレキシブルに結合するように構成した、請求項1の工業用ロールアップドア。
- 前記薄板は全体として平らなC形状の弓形の断面をもつ、請求項1の工業用ロールアップドア。
- 薄板には、表側の表面および裏側の表面を貫通する複数の開口がある、請求項1の工業用ロールアップドア。
- 前記開口の少なくとも一方の側に透明な材料を被う、請求項6の工業用ロールアップドア。
- 前記薄板は、それに限定されるわけではないが、木、金属あるいはプラスチックを含む堅い材料から作る、請求項1の工業用ロールアップドア。
- 前記薄板は、長さが等しい、請求項1の工業用ロールアップドア。
- 1あるいは2以上の薄板、またはその薄板の一部が透明である、請求項1の工業用ロールアップドア。
- 第1の位置と第2の位置との間に伸びる補正部材を用いることによって、フレキシブルな第1の減衰プロフィール部材をドアリーフの下部に取り付ける、請求項1の工業用ロールアップドア。
- 前記補正部材は、スプリングのような弾力性の部材である、請求項11の工業用ロールアップドア。
- 前記らせん形の部材および薄板は、シャフトの第1の方向の回転に応じて、ぴったりと接触する、請求項1の工業用ロールアップドア。
- 前記薄板は、シャフトの第1の方向の回転に応じて、連続する層になってぴったりと接触する、請求項1の工業用ロールアップドア。
