次の組成の可塑剤含有PVB混合物を製造し、321cmの幅および0.76mmの平均厚さを有するシートに加工した。組成Mowital B68 75.5質量%(残留アセテート含量1%未満、PVOH含量約29%)、安定剤Tinuvin PおよびBHTを有するジヘキシルアジペート24.5質量%。付着防止剤として酢酸カリウムを使用した。
図1に記載の均一の厚さプロフィールを有するシートを製造した。相応する大きさのガラス板を有する前積層板を製造した後に、図2aに記載の貼合せ板中の中空空間を観察するかまたは図2bに記載の張り出しているシートの残分を観察した。
WO 2005/070651に記載の0.38mmの厚さおよび5%を上廻る縁部の張出部を有するシートを製造した。図3は、このようなシートの厚さプロフィールを示す。相応する大きさのガラス板を有する前積層板を製造した後に、図4aに記載の貼合せ板中の中空空間を観察するかまたは図4bに記載の張り出しているシートの残分を観察した。それによって製造された前積層板は、付加的に、恐らくシート中での不均一な長手方向の応力分布によってシートの外側の縁部での圧縮部を示した。この結果、気泡または不均一性、例えば光学的障害をまねきうる。図5は、このような前積層板の側面図を示し、この場合Aは、載置前の上側の被覆ガラスを表わし、Bは、下側のガラスを表わし、C(連続線)は、外側縁部でのシートの圧縮による波形かまたは折り畳まれたシート縁部を表わし、D(点線)は、シートの縁部の背後に存在する、シートの中心部での波形でない範囲を表わす。
図6に記載の厚さプロフィールを有するシートを製造した。このシートは、縁部(縁部から最大12cm)で約1.8%増大された厚さを有していた。このシートを用いて製造された合せガラスは、図7に記載された、ガラス縁部に対して平行に延在するシート縁部を有していた。シートとガラスは、一致し、さらに補正またはばり取りなしに後加工することができる。その上、前積層板中でシートの僅かな波形状態のみを観察した。即ち、シートは、ガラス上に殆んど平坦に載置されていた。
Claims (8)
- 可塑剤含有のポリビニルアセタールをベースとするシートであって、
該シートは、90cm〜330cmの範囲内にある単一の幅を有し、かつ、最大厚さ(ここで、当該最大厚さは、該シートの幅方向における端部から20cmまでの2つの縁部領域の、残りのシート領域の厚さの平均値に対する厚さを示す)として、前記シート領域の厚さの平均値に対して0.9〜2.8%の範囲内で増大された厚さを有する
ことを特徴とする、シート。 - 該シートの長手方向にわたる縁部領域が、該シートについての前記平均値に対して増大された厚さを有する、請求項1記載のシート。
- 該シートが、前記2つの縁部領域の間にある領域にわたって0.38mm、0.76mm、1.14mm、1.52mmまたは2.28mmの平均厚さを有する、請求項1または2記載のシート。
- 該シートが、200cmの幅を有する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載のシート。
- 該シートが、前記長手方向において200cmの長さを有する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載のシート。
- 積層板ガラスであって、
少なくとも2枚のガラス板と、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載のシート少なくとも1枚とで構成されている、
積層板ガラス。 - ソーラーモジュールであって、
透明被覆層と、裏面と、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載のシート少なくとも2枚であって太陽電池が介在している少なくとも2枚のシートとで構成されている、
ソーラーモジュール。 - 前記被覆層が、ガラスまたは透明の耐候性シートで構成されており、かつ、
前記裏面が、ガラス、透明もしくは非透明のポリマー、または金属で構成されている、
請求項7記載のソーラーモジュール。
