Description

Claims (6)
- 眼内インプラント送出システム用カニューレにおいて、
直線状の近位部分と、同近位部分から遠位方向に延びる湾曲部分と、遠位チップと、同遠位チップから近位方向に延びる遠位開口部面によって取り囲まれた遠位開口部とを含むチューブ状部材を含み、
前記遠位チップは、人間の患者の眼球の前眼房内に挿入され、線維柱体網を通して眼球の強膜静脈洞内に挿入されるようになっており、
前記チューブ状部材の近位部分は、前記遠位チップが眼球の強膜静脈洞内にあるとき、眼球の外の位置から延びるようになっており、
前記カニューレは、更に、前記遠位チップが強膜静脈洞内に配置されたとき、眼内インプラントを、前記チューブ状部材を通して前記遠位開口部に向かって及びこの遠位開口部を通して眼球の強膜静脈洞内に前進する前進機構と協働するようになっており、
前記チューブ状部材の湾曲部分は眼内インプラントが眼球の強膜静脈内に接線方向で進入する寸法を有するカニューレ。 - 請求項1に記載のカニューレにおいて、
前記遠位開口部面は、遠位開口部平面に配置されている、カニューレ。 - 請求項2に記載のカニューレにおいて、
前記チューブ状部材の前記湾曲部分は湾曲平面を形成し、前記遠位開口部平面は、前記湾曲平面に関して90°以外の角度をなしている、カニューレ。 - 請求項1に記載のカニューレにおいて、
前記遠位開口部面は、前記遠位開口部平面に配置された第1区分と、第2区分とを含み、前記第1区分は、前記遠位開口部のところで、前記チューブ状部材の長さ方向軸線に関して0°乃至90°の第1区分角度で配置されており、
前記チューブ状部材の長さ方向軸線に関する前記第2区分の角度は、前記第2区分の遠位限度のところでの前記第1区分角度よりも小さい角度から、前記第2区分の近位限度のところでの前記第1区分角度よりも大きい角度まで変化する、カニューレ。 - 請求項1に記載のカニューレにおいて、
前記遠位開口部面は、前記チューブ状部材によって形成された円筒形エンベロープの周囲部分から形成された縁部を含み、
前記円筒形エンベロープ内の前記周囲部分の角度範囲は、第1点に対して近位側の前記遠位チップから増大し、
前記円筒形エンベロープ内の前記周囲部分の角度範囲は、前記第1点と前記第1点に対して近位側の第2点との間で減少し、
前記円筒形エンベロープ内の前記周囲部分の角度範囲は、前記第2点と前記第2点に対して近位側の第3点との間で360°まで増大する、カニューレ。 - 請求項1に記載のカニューレにおいて、
前記チューブ状部材の遠位端での前記チューブ状部材の外径は、前記遠位開口部の近位側の前記チューブ状部材の外径よりも小さい、カニューレ。
