六価クロム溶出比=固化処理土から溶出した六価クロム量(mg/L)×103/セメントクリンカー中の六価クロム含有量(mg/kg)・・・(4)
[セメントクリンカーの製造]
まず、各実施例及び各比較例で使用するセメントクリンカーの原料(石灰石、硅石、高炉ダスト、銅ガラミ、石炭灰、建設発生土、下水汚泥、脱鉄スラグ、焼却灰)の化学組成を求めた。各原料の化学組成を表1に示す。
HM=CaO/(SiO2+Al2O3+Fe2O3)・・・(1)
SM=SiO2/(Al2O3+Fe2O3)・・・(2)
IM=Al2O3/Fe2O3・・・(3)
[セメント系固化材の調製及びその試験方法]
セメントクリンカーK1〜K4に、SO3量が2.9%±0.1%となるように排脱二水石膏を添加し、ボールミルを用いて混合及び粉砕することにより、混合原料を調製した。
固化処理用の土壌として、関東ローム(含水比:96.8質量%)を準備した。この関東ローム1m3に対して、セメント系固化材200kgを混合し、ホバートミキサーで3分間練り混ぜて混合物を調製した。この混合物を、直径50mm×高さ100mmの円柱型枠内にランマーにて3層詰めした後、20℃で所定材齢まで密封養生して供試体(固化処理土)を得た。
六価クロム溶出比=固化処理土から溶出した六価クロム量(mg/L×103)/セメントクリンカー中の六価クロム含有量(mg/kg)・・・(4)
Claims (8)
- 水硬率(HM)が2.24〜2.35、ケイ酸率(SM)が2.60〜2.90及び鉄率(IM)が2.80〜3.50であり、かつ全クロム含有量が30〜70mg/kg、六価クロム含有量が20〜45mg/kgであるセメントクリンカー。
- 水硬率(HM)が2.24〜2.29、ケイ酸率(SM)が2.60〜2.75及び鉄率(IM)が2.80〜3.40であり、かつ全クロム含有量が43〜62mg/kg、六価クロム含有量が30〜35mg/kgである請求項1に記載のセメントクリンカー。
- 前記セメントクリンカー1トン当たりの原料原単位は、石灰石が1100〜1300kg、石炭灰が150〜400kg、建設発生土が10〜100kg及び下水汚泥が10〜50kgであり、
Al2O3含有量が5.0〜7.0質量%及びFe2O3含有量が1.4〜2.4質量%である請求項1又は2に記載のセメントクリンカー。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のセメントクリンカー100質量部に対して、
石膏を5〜30質量部、及び高炉スラグを10〜100質量部含むセメント系固化材。 - 請求項4に記載のセメント系固化材と、土壌と、を混合する工程を有する、土壌の固化処理方法であって、
前記工程では前記土壌1m3に対して前記セメント系固化材を100〜300kg混合する土壌の固化処理方法。 - 石灰石、石炭灰、建設発生土及び下水汚泥を所定の配合比で調合する混合工程を有するセメントクリンカーの製造方法であって、
前記混合工程において、前記セメントクリンカーの水硬率(HM)、ケイ酸率(SM)及び鉄率(IM)が、請求項1又は2記載のセメントクリンカーの水硬率(HM)、ケイ酸率(SM)及び鉄率(IM)となるように前記配合比を調整するセメントクリンカーの製造方法。 - 前記混合工程において、
前記セメントクリンカーを1トン製造するに当たり、前記石灰石を1100〜1300kg、前記石炭灰を150〜400kg、前記建設発生土を10〜100kg及び前記下水汚泥を10〜50kg調合する請求項6に記載のセメントクリンカーの製造方法。 - 前記混合工程において、
前記セメントクリンカーのAl2O3含有量が5.0〜7.0質量%及びFe2O3含有量が1.4〜2.8質量%となるように前記配合比を調整する請求項6又は7に記載のセメントクリンカーの製造方法。
