Description
前記回転軸は、偏心した貫通穴を有する。
前記ケーシングは、前記回転軸を回転可能に収容する。
前記収容領域は、前記ケーシング内に設けられ、処理液を収容可能である。
前記軸受は、前記回転軸の前記貫通穴内に設けられている。
前記旋回軸は、前記軸受に回転可能に支持されている。また、前記旋回軸は、前記収容領域内に配置された端部と、旋回運動を利用して、前記収容領域に収容された前記処理液を前記端部から前記軸受に導く流路とを有する。
前記回転軸は、偏心した貫通穴を有する。
前記ケーシングは、前記回転軸を回転可能に収容する。
前記収容領域は、前記ケーシング内に設けられ、処理液を収容可能である。
前記軸受は、前記回転軸の前記貫通穴内に設けられる。
前記旋回板は、その旋回板の一部が少なくとも旋回時に前記収容領域に収容された前記処理液に浸されるように配置され、旋回運動により前記処理液を飛散させることが可能である。
前記旋回軸は、前記旋回板の旋回運動により飛散する前記処理液が付着可能な位置に設けられた前記処理液の導入口と、前記導入口及び前記軸受との間を連通する流路とを有し、前記旋回板が接続され、前記軸受に回転可能に支持される。
前記回転軸は、偏心した貫通穴を有する。
前記ケーシングは、前記回転軸を回転可能に収容する。
前記収容領域は、前記ケーシング内に設けられ、処理液を収容可能である。
前記軸受は、前記回転軸の前記貫通穴内に設けられている。
前記旋回軸は、前記軸受に回転可能に支持されている。また、前記旋回軸は、前記収容領域内に配置された端部と、旋回運動を利用して、前記収容領域に収容された前記処理液を前記端部から前記軸受に導く流路とを有する。
図1は、本発明の第1の実施形態に係る偏心旋回駆動装置を示す概略的な断面図である。この偏心旋回駆動装置は、例えばポンプ(例えば真空ポンプ)、圧縮機、またはその他の装置の駆動源として利用される。
図3は、本発明の第2の実施形態に係る旋回軸33を示す断面図である。これ以降の説明では、図1等に示した実施形態に係る偏心旋回駆動装置100が含む部材や機能等について同様のものは説明を簡略化または省略し、異なる点を中心に説明する。
図4は、本発明の第3の実施形態に係る旋回軸を示す断面図である。
図5は、本発明の第4の実施形態に係る旋回軸及び収容領域付近を示す断面図である。
図6は、本発明の第5の実施形態に係る偏心旋回駆動装置を示す断面図である。
本発明に係る実施形態は、以上説明した実施形態に限定されず、他の種々の実施形態が実現される。
あるいは図7Cに示すように、導入流路548がネジ流路状(スパイラル状の流路)に形成されていてもよい。あるいは、図7Cに示したスパイラル状の流路の全体幅(軸方向に直交する方向の幅)が、軸方向中心に向かうにしたがって広がるように形成されていてもよい。
図6に示した実施形態では、ラジアル流路631bがスラスト流路631aから上方へ延びるように形成された。しかし、これらラジアル流路631bは、スラスト流路631aから下方へ延びるように形成されてもよい。これにより、スラスト流路631aに導入された潤滑油Fが、その下方へ延びるラジアル流路631bに自重で流れ込みやすくなる。

- 偏心した貫通穴を有する回転軸と、
前記回転軸を回転可能に収容するケーシングと、
前記ケーシング内に設けられ、処理液を収容可能な収容領域と、
前記回転軸の前記貫通穴内に設けられた軸受と、
前記収容領域内に配置された端部と、旋回運動を利用して、前記収容領域に収容された前記処理液を前記端部から前記軸受に導く流路とを有し、前記軸受に回転可能に支持された旋回軸と
を具備する偏心旋回駆動装置。 - 請求項1に記載の偏心旋回駆動装置であって、
前記流路は、前記端部から離れるにしたがって流路断面積が広がるように形成された広がり部を有する
偏心旋回駆動装置。 - 請求項2に記載の偏心旋回駆動装置であって、
前記広がり部は、ステップ状に形成されている

前記回転軸の前記貫通穴内に設けられた軸受と、
一部が少なくとも旋回時に前記収容領域に収容された前記処理液に浸されるように配置され、旋回運動により前記処理液を飛散させることが可能な旋回板と、
