- 下流壁(106)に対向する上流壁(104)を有する本体部材(102)と、
上流表面と下流表面を有する前記本体部材(102)内に配置されているバッフル部材(108)と、
前記バッフル部材(108)の前記下流表面と前記下流壁(106)の内面とによって部分的に画定された第1のチャンバ(112)と、
前記第1のチャンバ(112)と連通し、前記バッフル部材(108)の前記上流表面と前記上流壁(104)の内面とによって部分的に画定された第2のチャンバ(110)と、
燃料を前記第1のチャンバ(112)内に放出し、前記第1のチャンバ(112)を介して前記第2のチャンバ(110)と連通する燃料キャビティ(120)と、
前記燃料キャビティ(120)の周辺に配置され、前記第1及び第2のチャンバ(112、110)を通り、前記上流壁(104)から前記下流壁(106)に延びる複数の混合管(114)と、
を備え、
前記複数の混合管(114)のそれぞれが、
前記上流壁(104)に設けられ、空気を受け入れる開口と、
前記第2のチャンバ(110)内の燃料を前記混合管内に入れる入口(116)と、
混合された前記燃料と前記空気とを排出する、前記下流壁(106)に設けられた出口とを有する、
燃料噴射ノズル(100)。 - 前記バッフル部材(108)が、外側リップを備え、
前記燃料は、前記外側リップを通過した後に前記第1のチャンバ(112)から前記第2のチャンバ(110)内に流れ込む請求項1記載の燃料噴射ノズル。 - 前記本体部材(102)が、前記空気の流れに平行な中心長手方向軸を有する管状物である請求項2記載の燃料噴射ノズル。
- 前記燃料キャビティ(120)が、前記空気の流れに平行な中心長手方向軸を有し、前記本体部材(102)と同心の管状物である請求項3に記載の燃料噴射ノズル。
- 前記バッフル部材(108)が、前記下流壁(106)に対し斜めになる角度で前記本体部材(102)内に配置される請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の燃料噴射ノズル。
- それぞれの混合管(114)が、前記第2のチャンバ(110)を通る上流部分と前記第1のチャンバ(112)を通る下流部分を備え、
該下流部分の外面に配置された冷却用フィン(302)を更に備える、
請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の燃料噴射ノズル。 - 前記燃料は、前記第1のチャンバ(112)の中心から半径方向外向きに流れて、前記第2のチャンバ(110)内に入る請求項4記載の燃料噴射ノズル。
- 前記燃料が前記空気よりも低温である請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の燃料噴射ノズル。
- 前記燃料が、水素燃料である請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の燃料噴射ノズル。
- 請求項1乃至9のいずれかに記載の燃料噴射ノズルと、
前記複数の混合管(114)の前記開口に前記空気を送るシュラウド(118)と、
燃焼器(122)と、
を備え、
前記空気と混合された前記燃料が前記燃焼器に放出されて燃焼する、
燃料噴射システム。
