Claims (3)
- シリンダーと、シリンダーの中空部内に配されて異方向に回転させられる2軸スクリューと、シリンダーの先端に取り付けられたダイヘッドとを備えており、ダイヘッドに、反シリンダー側に開口する断面円形の樹脂押出通路と、シリンダー側の開口がシリンダーの中空部の横断面形状と同じ形状で、徐々に断面積が小さくなって樹脂押出通路に通じている樹脂案内通路とが設けられている2軸異方向回転押出機において、
スクリュー先端に、スクリューと同心でかつこれと一体で回転する軸部が設けられ、ダイヘッドに、軸部の外径に対応する内径を有し軸部が嵌め入れられる円筒状のブッシュが設けられており、
ダイヘッドの樹脂押出通路の径がブッシュ間の最短距離よりも小径とされていることを特徴とする2軸異方向回転押出機。 - スクリュー先端部に、スクリューとは別部材のロート状キャップが取り付けられており、軸部は、このキャップ先端に一体に形成されている請求項1記載の2軸異方向回転押出機。
- 軸部および軸受部の少なくとも一方は、固体潤滑剤分散型焼結材で形成されている請求項1または2記載の2軸異方向回転押出機
