Description
更に、各従属請求項により、付加的な効果が夫々達成される。
(形態1) 振動ナイフを有するミクロトームのナイフホルダであって、支持要素と、該支持要素に対し運動可能に構成された挟扼要素とを含んで構成されると共に、前記支持要素が前記ナイフのための支持面を有し、かつ前記挟扼要素が挟扼面を有するよう構成され、前記支持面と前記挟扼面が互いに対し平行に配向されるよう構成されたナイフホルダにおいて、前記支持面と前記挟扼面は、前記ナイフを挟扼するために所定距離で互いに対し位置調整可能に構成されかつ使用されるナイフの厚さに適合可能に構成されることが好ましい。
(形態2) 上記形態1のナイフホルダにおいて、互いに対し位置調整可能な前記所定距離は、0.1mm〜1.5mmであることが好ましい。
(形態3) 上記形態1のナイフホルダにおいて、前記支持要素は、前記ミクロトームに固定的に結合されること、及び前記挟扼要素は、前記支持要素に対して運動可能に構成されることが好ましい。
(形態4) 上記形態3のナイフホルダにおいて、前記挟扼要素を前記支持要素に沿って運動可能にする偏心機構を有すること、及び前記偏心機構は、前記挟扼面を前記支持面に向って押圧することにより前記ナイフを挟扼するよう構成されることが好ましい。
(形態5) 上記形態1〜4のナイフホルダにおいて、前記ナイフは、一方の側部にただ1つの刃先(切断部)を有するように(片刃ナイフとして)構成されることが好ましい。
(形態6) 上記形態1〜4のナイフホルダにおいて、前記ナイフは、両方の側部に夫々1つの刃先(切断部)を有するよう(両刃ナイフとして)構成されることが好ましい。
(形態7) 上記形態6のナイフホルダにおいて、前記ナイフは、前記2つの刃先の間に形成される切欠部を有する剃刀刃であることが好ましい。
(形態8) 上記形態7のナイフホルダにおいて、前記支持面は、前記剃刀刃の前記切欠部に適合するよう構成された受容部を有し、前記剃刀刃は、ナイフホルダが開放されているとき、前記受容部が前記切欠部を介して(嵌入ないし貫通して)係合(係止)するよう嵌合可能に構成されることが好ましい。
なお、図2において挟扼面4aは、受容部32の片側にのみ片持ち式に延び先細に楔状に延在するアーム状受け部2bを有する。アーム状受け部2bの基部は曲面2cとして形成され、ナイフ3の切欠部31を片側から挿通可能なよう構成されている。片持ち式アーム状受け部は、刃の取付が容易である。

Claims (2)
- 平坦な振動ナイフを有するミクロトームのナイフホルダであって、
支持要素と、該支持要素に対し相対的に運動可能に構成された挟扼要素とを含んで構成されると共に、
前記支持要素が前記ミクロトームの振動機構に結合されており、
前記支持要素が前記ナイフのための支持面を有し、かつ前記挟扼要素が前記ナイフのための挟扼面を有するよう構成され、前記支持面と前記挟扼面が互いに対し平行に配向されるよう構成されたナイフホルダにおいて、
前記挟扼要素(4)は、前記支持要素(2)において摺動可能に設けられており、
前記挟扼要素(4)の前記挟扼面(4a)と前記支持要素(2)の前記支持面(2a)との間の距離を調整するために偏心機構(6)が設けられており、
該偏心機構(6)を介して前記挟扼要素(4)と前記支持要素(2)との間の前記摺動が行われることにより、前記挟扼面(4a)が前記支持面(2a)に向って押圧されて前記ナイフ(3)が前記挟扼面(4a)と前記支持面(2a)との間で挟扼可能となっており、前記挟扼面(4a)と前記支持面(2a)は、前記摺動のための前記偏心機構(6)の操作の前後において互いに平行であること、及び、
前記ナイフ(3)は、2つの刃先(3a、3b)の間に形成される切欠部(31)を有する剃刀刃(30)であり、前記支持面(2a)は、前記剃刀刃(30)の前記切欠部(31)に適合するよう構成された受容部(32)を有し、前記剃刀刃(30)は、該ナイフホルダが開放されているとき、前記受容部(32)が前記切欠部(31)を介して係合するよう嵌合可能に構成されること
を特徴とするナイフホルダ。 - 前記挟扼面(4a)と前記支持面(2a)との間の前記距離は、0.1mm〜1.5mmの間で調整可能であること
を特徴とする請求項1に記載のナイフホルダ。
