Description
無機セラミック形成原料を混合してバッチを形成し、
急速に水和可能なセルロース系結合剤と液体溶媒を前記バッチに加え、さらに混合して可塑化混合物を形成し、
前記可塑化混合物を押出成形して未焼成体を形成する、
各工程を有してなる。その後、未焼成体は、主要セラミック相を生じさせるのに十分に加熱され、結果として、未焼成体をセラミック体に変換する。
無機セラミック形成原料を混合してバッチを形成し、
急速に水和可能なセルロース系結合剤と液体溶媒を前記バッチに加え、さらに混合して可塑化混合物を形成し、
前記可塑化混合物を押出成形して未焼成体を形成する、
各工程を有してなる。
Claims (6)
- セラミック体の製造方法であって、
無機セラミック形成原料を混合してバッチを形成し、
急速に水和可能なセルロース系結合剤と液体溶媒を前記バッチに加え、さらに混合して可塑化混合物を形成し、および
前記可塑化混合物を押出成形して未焼成体を形成する、
各工程を有してなり、前記セルロース系結合剤がセルロース系粒子からなり、該セルロース系粒子が15秒未満の平均孤立粒子水和速度を有することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記セルロース系粒子が4.0〜7.5重量%のヒドロキシプロピル、27.0〜30.0重量%のメトキシル、および0.0〜1.0重量%のNaClを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記セルロース系粒子が内部細孔を含まないことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記セルロース系粒子が、扁平なリボン状の形状を有するセルロース系粒子を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記セルロース系結合剤が不溶性繊維を含まないことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記セルロース系粒子が、前記押出ダイを通過する前に、完全に水和されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
