Description
R1,R2:任意の官能性基
R3,R4:炭化水素基
を添加したゴム組成物とを、接着剤を介することなく積層し、貼り合わせた樹脂ゴム積層体が記載されている。しかしながら、アルコキシシラン化合物が添加されるゴムとしてのフッ素ゴムの例示はみられるものの、その実施例は示されていない。
(1) ポリアミド系樹脂成形品のプラズマ処理は、低圧プラズマ処理法によって行われ、これを大気圧プラズマ処理法によって行った場合には、所望の樹脂-ゴム間接着性を確保することができない。
(2) 後記比較例5に示される通り、ポリアミド系樹脂の代りに、特許文献3に例示されているポリフェニレンスルフィドを用いた場合には、樹脂-フッ素ゴム間の接着性を全く得ることができない。
(3) ポリアミド系樹脂成形品の表面に加硫接着されるフッ素ゴムとしては、ポリオール加硫系フッ素ゴムが用いられ、他の架橋性基を有するフッ素ゴムであるパーオキサイド架橋系フッ素ゴムを用いた場合には、後記比較例1および2に示される如く、接着性試験において、ある程度の接着強度はみられるものの、ゴム残率はいずれも0%である。
(4) 特許文献1ではフッ素ゴム組成物の必須成分とされていたアルコキシシラン化合物は、本発明では任意成分であり、それの存在または不存在によって接着性が影響されることはない。

ポリアミド系樹脂としてPA66樹脂(東レ製品アミランCM3001-G30)を用い、これを射出成形機を用いて25×60×2mmの平板状に成形した。得られたPA66樹脂平板に、Al製平行平板を備えたガラス製真空容器内で、圧力約60Paのヘリウムガス雰囲気下、周波数40kHz、出力200W、10分間の条件で低圧プラズマ処理を行った。

ポリオール系加硫剤(デュポン社製品キュラティブ♯30) 2 〃
第4級オニウム塩加硫促進剤(同社製品キュラティブ#20) 1 〃
実施例1において、フッ素ゴム組成物としてγ-アミノプロピルトリエトキシシランが配合されていないものが用いられた。得られたポリアミド系樹脂-フッ素ゴム複合体の接着強度は5.9(N/mm)、ゴム残り面積率は100%であった。
実施例1において、ポリアミド樹脂としてPA66樹脂の代わりにPA46樹脂(DSM社製品スタニールTW241F6)が用いられた。得られたポリアミド系樹脂-フッ素ゴム複合体の接着強度は5.7(N/mm)、ゴム残り面積率は100%であった。
実施例2において、ポリアミド樹脂としてPA66樹脂の代わりにPA46樹脂(スタニールTW241F6)が用いられた。得られたポリアミド系樹脂-フッ素ゴム複合体の接着強度は5.7(N/mm)、ゴム残り面積率は100%であった。
実施例1において、フッ素ゴム組成物として下記配合のものが用いられた。

フッ化ビニリデン-ヘキサフルオロプロピレン-テトラフルオロ

比較例1において、PA66樹脂の代わりに同量のPA46樹脂(スタニールTW241F6)が用いられた。得られたポリアミド系樹脂-フッ素ゴム複合体の接着強度は2.1(N/mm)、ゴム残り面積率は0%であった。
実施例2において、平板成形材料として低圧プラズマ処理が施されていないPA66樹脂が用いられた。得られたポリアミド系樹脂-フッ素ゴム複合体の接着強度は0.1(N/mm)、ゴム残り面積率は0%であった。
実施例2において、低圧プラズマ処理PA66樹脂平板の代わりに、プロセスガスとしてヘリウムガスを用い、樹脂平板とプラズマノズルの間隔を15mm、処理速度を100mm/秒とした大気圧プラズマ処理が施されたPA66樹脂平板が用いられた。得られたポリアミド系樹脂-フッ素ゴム複合体の接着強度は0.9(N/mm)、ゴム残り面積率は0%であった。
実施例2において、樹脂としてPA66樹脂の代わりにポリフェニレンサルファイド樹脂(東ソー製品サスティールPPS GS-30)が用いられた。得られたポリフェニレンサルファイド樹脂-フッ素ゴム複合体の接着強度は0(N/mm)、ゴム残り面積率は0%であった。
比較例1において、フッ素ゴム組成物としてγ-アミノプロピルトリエトキシシランが配合されていないものが用いられた。得られたポリアミド系樹脂-フッ素ゴム複合体の接着強度は2.6(N/mm)、ゴム残り面積率は0%であった。
Claims (2)
- 低圧プラズマ処理されたポリアミド系樹脂成形品にフッ素ゴム層を形成するポリオール加硫系フッ素ゴム組成物を、接着剤を介さずに直接加硫接着させた樹脂ゴム複合体。
- ポリアミド系樹脂成形品の低圧プラズマ処理が不活性ガスの存在下で10〜1000Paの圧力条件下で行われた請求項1記載の樹脂ゴム複合体。
