Description
ボイラーが動作を開始すると、まず、コントローラは比例制御燃焼ステップを開始し、負荷量に比例して送風機20の吸気量と燃料供給量を調節して、バーナーの火力を制御する(S101)。
Claims (4)
- ボイラーの排気管における凝結を防止する方法であって、
負荷量に比例して送風機の吸気量と燃料供給量を調節し、バーナーの火力を比例制御するステップと、
気温センサーによって測定された外気温度に基づいて、バーナーの火力を高めるかどうかを決めるステップと、
バーナーの火力を高め、排気ガスの温度を上昇させるステップとを含み、
前記バーナーの火力を高めるかどうかを決めるステップは、バーナーが所定量以下の燃料を消費する状態で、所定時間をかけて動作してきたかどうかを確認するステップをさらに含み、
前記バーナーの火力を高めるステップにおいて、測定された外気温度が所定温度と同等又はそれより低く、且つバーナーが所定量以下の燃料を消費する状態で、所定時間をかけて動作してきたことを確認し、排気管の端部に凝結が起こるときに、バーナーの火力を高め、排気ガスの温度を上昇させることを特徴とする凝結防止方法。 - 前記バーナーの火力を高めるステップにおいて、バーナーが所定の燃焼継続時間を超えて動作したときに、バーナーの燃焼を比例制御するステップに戻ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の凝結防止方法。
- 前記バーナーの火力を高めるステップにおいて、コントローラが多段階の外気温度に応じて予め設定された異なる燃焼継続時間でバーナーの火力を高めるための制御を行うことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の凝結防止方法。
- 前記バーナーの火力を高めるステップにおいて、測定された外気温度が前記所定温度と同等又はそれより低いときに、バーナーを最大火力で燃焼させることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の凝結防止方法。
