Claims (4)
- 固定側部材と、成形品を得るときに一方向に駆動され、一旦停止して他の方向に駆動される被駆動側部材と、前記被駆動側部材に関連して設けられている発電装置とからなる射出成形機であって、
前記発電装置は、前記被駆動側部材が一旦停止する位置の近傍の、前記固定側部材に設けられている圧電素子と、前記被駆動側部材に設けられ、該被駆動側部材が一旦停止する位置の近傍において前記圧電素子を加圧する加圧部材とからなることを特徴とする、射出成形機。 - 請求項1に記載の射出成形機において、前記加圧部材が前記被駆動側部材の一部である、射出成形機。
- 固定側部材と、成形品を得るときに一方向に駆動され、一旦停止して他の方向に駆動される被駆動側部材と、前記被駆動側部材に関連して設けられている発電装置とからなる射出成形機であって、
前記発電装置は、前記被駆動側部材に設けられている圧電素子と、前記被駆動側部材が停止する位置の近傍の、前記固定側部材に設けられ、前記被駆動側部材が一旦停止する位置の近傍において前記圧電素子を加圧する加圧部材とからなることを特徴とする射出成形機。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれかの項に記載の射出成形機において、前記被駆動側部材が固定盤に対して型開閉される可動盤、成形品を突き出すエジェクタピンが設けられているエジェクタプレート、射出装置が取り付けられている基台、またはスクリュを軸方向に駆動する部材である、射出成形機。
