- 航空機のナセルであって、前記ナセルは、第1の導管(32)、周縁壁面(34)、唇部(36)、及び、前枠(38)を備えており、
前記唇部(36)は、
航空機のナセルの前方に位置し、
前記第1の導管(32)と点Bで接続し、前記周縁壁面(34)と点Aで接続し、
空気の吸入口を画定し、
さらに、周縁壁面(34)に設けられている点Aから前記第1の導管(32)に設けられている点Bまでの長手方向区間に伸びている区域を処理する霜処理システムを含んでおり、
前記前枠(38)は、前記唇部(36)と共に、除霜のための熱気が中を流動する第2の導管(51)を画定し、
前記第1の導管(32)は、消音処理のための被覆材(44)をふくんでおり、前記被覆材(44)は、内側から外側に、反射層、少なくとも1つの蜂窩状構造体および少なくとも1つの耐久性消音構造体からなっており、
前記前枠(38)は、航空機のナセルの中の点Bよりも前方の位置に、前記唇部(36)及び前記第1の導管(32)のうちの少なくとも一つとの間で接続区域を含んでおり、
前記第2の導管(51)から点Bに対応する円形に配設されている出口まで熱気を送るために、第3の導管(50)が前記唇部(36)と前記第1の導管(32)の下面に設けられており、
前記第3の導管(50)は、前記前枠(38)と、前記唇部(36)および前記第1の導管(32)のうちの少なくとも一つとの間の接続区域を越えて伸びており、前記第3の導管(50)は、消音処理のための被覆材(44)を熱気から隔離する少なくとも1つの仕切りで区切られており
前記ナセルは、前記第1の導管(32)を形成する第2のパネル(56)および前記唇部(36)を形成する第1のパネル(54)を含んでおり、前記第1及び第2のパネル(54、56)は接続区域で重なり合っており、
前記少なくとも一つの仕切りは、2つの部分からなるかいもの(52)の形をしており、前記2つの部分のうちの第1の部分(58,70、88)は重なった状態の前記第1のパネル(54)と前記第2のパネル(56)の間に挿入され、前記第1及び第2のパネルの間に、前記ナセルの内側と外側を連結させるための前記第3の導管(50)を配設することを可能にする少なくとも1つの突出および/または凹状要素を備えており、第2の部分(60、72、90)は接続区域の高さで内側に配置されている前記第2のパネル(56)に隣接して配置され、前記第2のパネル(56)を過度の温度から保護する、ことを特徴とする航空機のナセル。 - 前記少なくとも1つの仕切りが耐熱性材料製であり、合成材料製で製作してある消音処理用被覆材を熱気から隔離できることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の航空機のナセル。
- 前記かいもの(52)が、前記かいもの(52)の少なくとも1つの面に、前記第3の導管(50)を構成する少なくとも1つの溝部(68、96)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の航空機のナセル。
- 前記溝部(68、96)が、一方では、前記第2の導管(51)に通じている孔部(82、100)を経て、第1側面(80、98)に口が開いており、他方では、ナセルの外側に通じている孔部(84、102)を経て第2側面(76、92)に口が開いていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の航空機のナセル。
- 前記かいもの(52)が、前記第1の部分(88)と前記第2の部分(90)を画定する、前記第1のパネル(54)の厚さとほぼ同じ高さの肩部(86)を含み、
前記第1の部分(88)は薄いプレートの形状をしていて、前記第1及び第2のパネル(54、56)の間に挿入され、少なくとも、前記第1及び第2のパネル(54、56)の重なり合い区域の全長に伸びており、
前記第2の部分(90)は斜角の形状をしていて、前記第1及び第2のパネル(54、56)の航空力学的表面のレベルに配置してある端面(92)と、前記第2のパネル(56)がぴったり付いている傾斜面(94)とを有し、
前記かいもの(52)が、前記第1のパネル(54)と向かい合わせの面だけに前記溝部(96)を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項3または4に記載の航空機のナセル。
