Abstract
【解決手段】除塩水槽2に海砂8を投入する海砂投入工程と、除塩水槽2に液体を投入する液体投入工程と、海砂8に含有されているヘドロ成分を除塩水槽2の上部に浮遊させるヘドロ浮遊工程と、除塩水槽2内の海砂8上部に浮遊しているヘドロ成分を液体とともに排出するヘドロ排出工程と、除塩水槽2の液体を排出する液体排出工程と、除塩水槽2に脱塩用水9を投入する脱塩用水投入工程と、除塩水槽2内の脱塩用水9を除塩水槽2の底面に設けられた有孔管18から濾過層20を介し海砂8に含まれる塩分とともに排出する脱塩用水排出工程と、を有する。

Description
水溶液中に含まれる。なお、製造される酸素ナノバブルは50〜500nm程度の極めて
微小な気泡であるため、水中における浮力をほとんど受けることが無く、通常の気泡で認
められる水表面での破裂は皆無に近い。

Claims (2)
- 海砂から塩分を除去する海砂の除塩方法であって、
底面に濾過層が敷かれた除塩水槽に海砂を投入する海砂投入工程と、
前記除塩水槽に液体を投入する液体投入工程と、
海砂に含有されているヘドロ成分を除塩水槽の上部に浮遊させる噴射力で前記除塩水槽の底面上部に設けられたエアー管から気泡を噴出することにより海砂に含有されているヘドロ成分を前記除塩水槽内の海砂上部に浮遊させるヘドロ浮遊工程と、
前記除塩水槽内の海砂上部に浮遊しているヘドロ成分を液体とともに排出するヘドロ排出工程と、
前記除塩水槽の液体を排出する液体排出工程と、
前記除塩水槽に、気泡の直径が50〜500nmであって、該気泡内に酸素もしくは空気を含有するナノバブルが含まれる水溶液からなる脱塩用水を投入する脱塩用水投入工程と、
前記除塩水槽内の脱塩用水を該除塩水槽の底面に設けられた有孔管から前記濾過層を介し海砂に含まれる塩分とともに排出する脱塩用水排出工程と、を有し、
該脱塩用水排出工程は、脱塩用水に溶け込んだ海砂に含まれる塩分を脱塩用水とともに短時間で除塩水槽外に排水させることを特徴とする海砂の除塩方法。 - 前記エアー管から気泡を噴出させることにより前記除塩水槽内に投入されている海砂および脱塩用水を攪拌する脱塩用水攪拌工程を、さらに有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の海砂の除塩方法。
